Cosy Clos and Hendy Lodge

EmmaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Just back from a lovely weekend at Clos Y Hendy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, particularly using the hot tub, the outdoor space & playing the games left for our use. This lodge is really comfortable, like a home from home with everything you need and more. My children were particularly impressed with the x box, Alexa & the computer as were we as we had 5 minutes peace from them 😂 We loved how private and peaceful it was and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Although the weather wasn’t brilliant it didn’t spoil our weekend and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Thank you Lloyd for letting us stay at your beautiful lodge.

Romantic arty eco cottage in Welsh countryside

IainRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Fantastic tranquil gem of a property ,so homely and cozy and private ,exactly as described by Helen ,the cottage has ,beautiful decor and is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a stay ,Helen has certainly gone above and beyond to ensure the cottage is truly a home from home ,spotlessly clean and the addition of a log burner really adds to the character of the property ,the cottage also provides stunning views of the mountains from the rear garden which are a real sight first thing in the morning ,Helen was a super host and provided all the information we required prior to arriving along with adding a personal touch of Welsh cake and a bottle of organic cider upon our arrival which was very much appreciated, there is plenty to see and do within the surrounding areas and the area as a whole is breathtaking ,my only regret is I didn't stay longer ,but hope to return in the not to distant future .thank you Helen
The exterior of the bungalow is presented, showcasing a well-maintained facade with rounded bay windows. A spacious patio area is visible, along with landscaped greenery that slopes gently upward, providing a glimpse of the surrounding area and neighboring properties.

Riverside Bunkhouse - Llandysul

LilyRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Gareth's place was exactly what we wanted. Our stay on New Years Eve was great. His home had definitely enough room for our whole large group, with a good downstairs seating area that even had a very large TV we could all play games on and watch tv and the whole place would heat up very warm too. The kitchen was very well stocked with plates and glasses etc. Furthermore, Pontwelly was lovely and the local were all nice and welcoming. There were also quite a few good pubs in the town and a supermarket a 2 minute walking distance away. The pictures do not do the location justice, as out the back of the hostel is a beautiful river with a short walk along it too. Highly recommend.
The exterior of the property is presented with a modern design, featuring a prominent entrance with large glass doors and a gravel driveway. The surrounding landscape includes green hills and a fenced area, providing a tranquil setting.

What can I say, wow.... this cottage was amazing. In such a quiet location surrounded by fields. Sheep outside your window. The cottage was beautiful inside and out with everything you will need. Even if you wanted to do some baking. There were 3 lovely bedrooms, 1 double and 2 single. I've never been away before and found the beds as comfy as these ones, I slept really well. All of us did. Rob and Gwen our hosts were so lovely. Communicated with Rob easily and met Gwen on our final day. Such lovely people. I'd not hesitate in telling anyone to get this place booked. Our dog loved it too. The bonus point for us was walking out of the house to see 2 jets flying past through the valley. Incredible.

Woodpecker Cottage at Cwm Irfon Lodge

Sure! Here's a warm, thoughtful Airbnb review template you can customize depending on your experience: --- We had the most wonderful stay at this charming cottage in Wales. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home—the place is beautifully kept, spotlessly clean, and full of character. The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, cosy living area, and a very comfortable bed. The location is perfect—tucked away in nature, yet still close enough to explore the local town and walking trails. Waking up to the sound of birds and enjoying our coffee with a view of the hills was truly magical. Our host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations for things to do in the area. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and experience the beauty of rural Wales.

Heritage stone cottage w/private Hot Tub

CarmineRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The cottage was fab clean and comfortable, we ordered a tesco home delivery to the property that went without a hitch. The garden was well enclosed for the dogs. It was a great place to relax, the hot tub helped this enormously! Nici was very quick to respond to any questions and Kieth the maintenance was really friendly and helpful. Its a great place as a base or just for chilling out. If you have older kids you may want to take a firestick to maybe plug into the tv for extra entertainment, as the broadband was good. Great stay we enjoyed tremendously and the Pembrokeshire weather was just perfect we were really lucky. Would recommend, a stay here!
The cottage is presented in a rustic stone design, featuring a sloped roof and multiple windows allowing natural light. A gravel pathway leads to the entrance, with a small wooden shed positioned beside the building. Surrounding greenery contributes to the serene rural setting.
