Ideally located 25 minutes from the famous Beauval Zoo and close to the major tourist sites of the Loire Valley, this farmhouse offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Bakery/convenience store within walking distance. The accommodation, located in a farmhouse as an extension of my home, is completely independent.

Decorated and maintained with care, I want you to feel relaxed and at home in this little cocoon. Its surface area is 43 m2 plus a balcony. Located less than a 10-minute drive from the town center of Montrichard where you will find all the essential shops as well as good restaurants. The residence also has a bike storage room.

On the garden ground for our chalet we will be happy to welcome you in the heart of the Loire and Cher castles, a stone's throw from the Beauval Zoo: very good geographical location between Tours, Blois, Amboise and Loches. The accommodation opens onto a private courtyard with personal garden furniture (barbecue, plancha, raclette service) and allows access to our large property. This house is particularly suitable for people looking for calm, greenery and walks.

Lake Chemillé-sur-Indre and tree climbing are 15 minutes away. Just want to rest or go fishing: a private 2 ha pond awaits you 300 m from the cottage. On the first floor, a pleasant living room (large screen TV and sofa bed), then a master bedroom on the second floor, with toilet and shower area.
