A single-storey family home with pool (between late May and early October), large garden and ample parking. The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and the raised decking area by the pool gives glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.

Located in the middle of the Riu Nou Natural Area and on the riverbank. Casa Riu Nou offers a quiet space of 120 m² distributed over 2 floors with a patio and a terrace. On the ground floor you will find a large living room, kitchen, toilet and access to the patio. The first floor has a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a terrace. Surroundings: Picnic area, barbecue, paella, children's play area and bathing area in the river.

It has now been rehabilitated to accommodate all nature lovers, where they will find calm, tranquility and disconnection. Located in Xàtiva's old town, this is a traditional refurbished valencian town house. It’s got a rustic style and is very cosy and bright. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
