Studio in downtown Guadalajara with a pool

Small studio in a central area of the city. It's very bright and equipped with everything you need for your stay. We are located a few blocks from the main roads and points of interest. Chapultepec Avenue, the Expo, and the historic center. Recently, the Americana neighborhood was named by “Time Out” the “coolest” neighborhood in the world in 2022, for its nightlife, gastronomy, art and architecture. My colleagues and I are always available for our guests.

Very good accommodation, centrally located and very close to public transport. The area can be a little noisy at some times of the day, but not too much. Very spacious room and in excellent condition. I arrived almost at midnight but without problems because the entrance is autonomous.

Beautiful apartment and great location! Everything was as listed and pictured, I felt safe and was super excited that this location has a garage to park your vehicle. The only thing I would complain about but has NOTHING to do with the owner is the water has a bit of a funky smell to it BUT that is just how it sometimes is in Mexico being their water is held in tinacos. Other than that it was an amazing stay and was super happy about how close it was to San Juan de dios.
