Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Centre-Ville, Reims

Accommodation chosen to spend a night with friends, we were all able to spend a restful night and enjoy the serenity of the place. The view from the terrace of the vineyards is simply fabulous :-) It is peaceful and the accommodation is well equipped, there is everything you need, even shutters to protect yourself from the heat. The only problem is if you have to sleep on the sofa bed in the entrance. Although the sofa bed is very comfortable, the room is small if you close the door and we did not dare to leave the front door open during the night, it was very hot. But that's just a detail because if we come to 4 in this accommodation, it's perfect!

Very nice house where 11 of us (6 adults and 5 children) stayed for a long weekend. Clean and well-equipped, the house was practical, very pleasant and the garden too. Lots of different spaces inside (a small living room, a veranda with lots of games for children, etc.). Very good bedding, a quiet and warm place, in a very cute little village (where there is a bread depot or a pharmacy). We are close to Reims, we visited a cellar and there is, nearby, the Zig Zag park which is perfect for children. We also recommend the Faux de Verzy, a short walk away, a magical forest walk!! Virginie is a very responsive host and gives very good advice. She made our stay easier. An excellent bottle of Champagne, quickly tasted, was waiting for us when we arrived. In short, a great weekend, relaxing and rich in discoveries! We recommend it!

Pauline is an awesome host and her house is beautiful. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at her house in comfort and it was thanks to Pauline’s top tier service and care we had one of our best family vacations to date. With toddlers and an infant, Pauline equipped the house with necessities for us to take care of our kids without stress and worked with us to adjust our check-in time to accommodate our long drive to her house. From Reims we also drove to Disneyland Paris and attended the Paris Air Show, all within an easy drive from her house. The house itself was clean and orderly, the bicycles available were a game changer and my son loved that there was a bike his size to ride. My daughter loved the little fish pond in the backyard and my wife and I enjoyed the enclosed patio. If you had any thoughts of renting this property I highly recommend it. My kids told me they missed the house and we intend to visit again. Pauline is a great host and we couldn’t recommend her more.

Great stay at Alexandra's, perfect place to have a good time with friends!

It was a wonderful stay with a very tasty bakery around the corner. The jacuzzi was also great! The cottage had everything you needed. The only downside is that it was very warm inside and there is no air conditioning. Otherwise great.

We were blown away by the very high standard of accommodation and decor. It was immaculately clean and was obviously well looked after, both inside and in the wonderful courtyard garden area outside. We loved it. When we arrived Sandrine had left a few tasty morsels along with their house champagne, which we all very much enjoyed. So much so that we ordered a few bottles more their 'Special' Brut. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Les Chapitres and both Sandrine and Jean Robert were wonderful hosts.

Diana and Julien have created a little piece of paradise there. The accommodation is beautiful, the plants make the whole place very cozy and the steam bath and whirlpool provide a luxurious feeling. They were very responsive to messages. We were very satisfied and would have liked to have stayed longer.

Great location for a visit to the champagne region. We had everything we needed! Would recommend!

Letitia's & Bryan have made a wonderful, comfortable and very stylish home. There is a great sense of light and space and the decoration is very appealing. We had intended to eat out that evening but chose to stay in as we loved it so much. We could not have chosen a better place to stay and we cannot recommend it and our hosts highly enough. Fabulous!!!

This listing was very close to the center of town. Very walkable and also had its own parking space. Just as described!

What a great place!! It’s right in the center of activity in Reims but somehow still private and quiet. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. If we come back to Reims, we would happily stay again. The shower is particularly nice.

Very nice apartment decorated with care and warm. suitable for 8 people. the only downside is the lack of a light source on the terrace. It feels like home.

This was a super apartment for two. There was masses of space, the garden terrace was private and large and the car was parked in a garage accessible internally straight from the apartment. This is on the doorstep of Reims and Epernay, and in the heart of champagne country. On top of everything, Marie-Christine was charming, thoughtful and supportive. My wife and I I agreed that this was a special one.

Franck is very welcome and did everything to make our stay easier. The house has been well prepared and meets our expectations. The location and calm of the place totally appealed to us and finding parking spaces is very easy. I recommend this place with a very friendly and discreet host.

Very good hosting by Romain, pleasant and very friendly host. We could only stay one night in the area for an early appointment the next morning in Reims. The check-in and check-out times did not cause Romain any concern. The Jacuzzi is a real plus and is very nice following an extended journey.

I spent 3 weeks in the apartment. It perfectly suited my expectations: spacious, bright, quiet, well-equipped kitchen, full of reading (books and comics). If you're in a car, it's convenient, there's always room to park. A perfect stay in every way.

We had to return the accommodation at 11 a.m. the housekeeping came to knock on the door at 8 a.m. otherwise the rest of the stay was superb

Germain is a very welcoming host, I enjoyed meeting him and visiting the accommodation with him. The apartment is ideally located with views of the park, quiet, and very clean, it is easy to access with the city center just a 5-minute walk away, I am very happy with my stay at Germain's, if necessary I will come back to him for another stay

We loved our weekend in this apartment - wished we could have stayed longer. Balcony was perfect for evening drinks and location within walking distance of the Cathedral, restaurants and bars and, crucially for us, several champagne houses! Olivier was a great host with lots of proactive communication. He informed us that the shutters were stuck and I was concerned that this would make the room really hot, so he put fans in the rooms, which definitely helped when it was 30+C outside. V secure method for getting keys and entering the property. Would love to return - will definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Reims.

So, someone else booked this apartment at the same time as us. Aurore immediately contacted us and moved us to another our her listings called Blue Gold. It was great. It is in the same building but on the 11th floor. Two elevators so no worries. The building itself is more modern than charming and is conveniently located with free parking. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Aurore is super responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Great apartment in Reims. Super clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. I rode my bike into the centre of town in just over 10 minutes.
