Great stay, clean accommodation with everything you need! Small + for the bed which is amazing! Unfortunately I had to find a solution for someone to keep my dog because in the accommodation he barked a lot (cause: there was a dog next door, if your dog is reactive be careful, maybe don't bring it) Otherwise, great accommodation, super welcoming and kind host! I arrived at a flexible time, thanks for that.

Stayed in this lovely cottage with my family for 3 nights. Very nice, clean, peaceful and conveniently located little cottage! We found log burner particularly useful and kids were very excited about real fire in living room. Miguel is excellent host, he even helped us with bags in and out as I managed to stretch my back muscle. Thank you for your hospitality, Miguel!

Great hosts, very nice and functional accommodation

Our dog and we felt very comfortable in the perfectly furnished house. Through the large, beautiful park you can quickly reach the center of Amiens. A great city with lots of possibilities. We were lucky with the weather in early May and enjoyed sitting on the Somme. We spent five nights with Sylvie and still have ideas of what we would like to do on a next stay.

The accommodation is perfectly furnished. The owner is welcoming and friendly. We recommend it.

Mathilde is a great hotel, responds at any hour and quickly, the accommodation is very well located easy to find and with room for this parké, we arrived and the accommodation was heated, the arrival can be flexible, top of the best! the small garden niquel and the bedding great too, if by adventure I have to come back to the region I know where to stay.

Short stay but everything was perfect. Responsive and welcoming host. Impeccable house with all the necessities available. We'll be happy to come back!

We had an amazing bachelor weekend here with 12 guys. Yona was super responsive in the weeks before, and check-in instructions were clear. The garden was a huge plus: between the pool, badminton net, and basketball hoop, we were never bored. Conty is very quiet but had everything we needed close by. A supermarket and several food places were within walking distance. The local pizzeria was worth the 45-minute wait for 6 large pizzas. Inside was just as great: a spacious living area with a large dining table we used for poker night and a small party after, a compact kitchen that suited our needs (though we didn’t cook), and plenty of bed- and bathrooms. The beds were comfy and the rooms and spacious. I do want to note that there were non-disclosed cameras present: 1 outside and 3 inside (kitchen, hallway, living room). While inside cameras are prohibited even if disabled (Airbnb policy), Yona reassured us with app screenshots that they are never active whenever guests are present.

Excellent services for the price. We had a great time with the family, in this beautiful region, and took advantage of the services offered by the estate. Special mention to the children's library who offers a selection of particularly high quality books.

Very friendly hosts who live in the house next door. Beautiful surroundings and the house has everything you need for a long or short stay. Nice touch of fresh tomatoes, home made jam and a local beer left. Gave information on local things to do and see and where the local shops were. Added bonus of a lovely pool . The only thing to note on this is it is in the hosts part of the garden, although they were very discreet and were not around when we used the pool. Would recommend this house and the area. Communication on Airbnb is not with the hosts but they will deal with you when you arrive.

We had a very good time during our stay in the house. We were warmly welcomed by Sylvain himself upon arrival and had everything we needed in the house to feel at home during this week. Sylvain also helped us on our way with our questions and answered quickly. We enjoyed the peaceful environment and took the opportunity to visit nearby Amiens and Paris as well. The place is great, very quiet and well located. great for a vacation with kids. Only small downside: few kitchen amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bettencourt-Rivière! The house is surrounded by beautiful nature and offers a magnificent tranquility. Especially in the summer it is certainly an absolute dream: access to the lake, a private boat and a pool invite you to relax. It is also perfect for dogs – they are not only welcome, but can also play and let off steam with the friendly dogs of the owners. The owners themselves are incredibly nice and warm, you immediately feel welcome. The sea can be reached in about an hour's drive, which is absolutely worth it, because the beaches are fantastically beautiful. Overall a great place to stay in the middle of extensive scenery – we'd come back any time!

The accommodation is in a very lively neighborhood of Amiens where we parked the car before visiting everything on foot! Very quiet accommodation where it is pleasant to eat in the garden! I recommend it! Thanks to the host who seems very friendly and where I was able to arrive 2 hours early.

The house is cute and in a very good location (15 minutes walk to the city center and a little less to the Hortillonnages). It matches the description, nice and pleasant. Finally, Sandrine is responsive and friendly.
