The place is impeccably clean and perfectly matches the photos. Duc is incredibly responsive and offered excellent recommendations. He connected us with Harry, who proved to be an exceptionally reliable guide for our tours. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the sheets and the convenience of having a washer and dryer for our laundry needs. While the internet in the master bedroom was a bit slow, I informed Duc, and she seemed committed to addressing it. This might have been due to the high volume of live streams during the fireworks festival last night. The overall convenience and accessibility of this location were outstanding. Should we return to Da Nang, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

10/10 recommend the place. The apartment was clean, with amenities. The host was easy to contact. Beautiful with ocean access. The hotel is lovely. Food and hotel services are separate and have a hotel charge, which was clearly communicated by the host.

The beautiful beach view and the kitchen and living room that I could use comfortably were really nice. It is the best place for a group of 4 people to rest, and I am satisfied with the price, so I intend to use it next time.

The place is beautiful and clean. About 10mins from the old town and easy to get grab. The nearby houses are still empty however there's a security post right in front so it felt safe. Host is super responsive and made great recommendations

Was a great stay and Sophea was extremely proactive and great at communicating. The home is pretty and was clean. Sadly, the river that used to be behind the house no longer exists, and has been replaced with a construction site.

The host carefully took care of the necessary parts before departure, and even when staying at the accommodation, he was considerate by checking in to see if everything was okay. The accommodation is also the same as the photos, and I had a really nice stay. In particular, the view was good because it was located on the 30th floor, and it was equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the rice noodle restaurant recommended by the host was also very delicious. The chicken cartilage fried in a white building in the alley between the entrance of w-mart and Building A was also very delicious. It was my first trip to Da Nang, and it was a really good memory. Zing Zung’s place was fabulous and she was such an amazing host! While staying there we realized that our visas for our next TWO locations had to be printed and panicked a bit, but she was happy to print what we needed and bring it to us! She’s such a gem and the apartment was lovely!

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the view overlooking the sea was absolutely stunning. This is definitely one of the best places to stay when you’re in Nha Trang.
