The biggest advantage of the house is not close to entertainment venues. The lack of hustle and bustle gives you the opportunity to have privacy and a quality rest. The presence of a well-maintained yard and a barbecue with a gazebo is also a big plus. In a walking distance there is a food store with fresh pastries.
