I recently stayed at this incredible beach resort together with my family. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and exceptional service, making us feel right at home. The resort is beautifully designed, with stunning ocean views from every angle. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could ask for, including a cozy balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee while watching the sunrise. The private beach access made it even better, allowing us to enjoy the beach without the crowds. Overall, it was a perfect stay with my family. Thank you!

We had a great stay at this home! Check-in was smooth and easy thanks to the caretaker, Ate, who welcomed us warmly, gave us a quick tour, and clearly explained the house guidelines. She was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. The house itself is clean and spacious, with enough beds to comfortably accommodate all 8 of us. The kitchen is fully functional, the shower heaters work well (just be mindful as they can get extremely hot), and the parking space can fit two cars comfortably—it also felt safe and secure. There was some mold, especially in the bathroom, but that seems to be common in Baguio due to the weather. The location can be a bit tricky to access, with a steep road leading to the house, but considering the price, it’s really not a big issue. Overall, we felt very welcome and comfortable here—largely thanks to the wonderful caretaker. We would definitely recommend this place!

Our stay at the transient house in Baguio was an exceptional experience. The place provided a peaceful and quiet environment, perfect for relaxation and unwinding during the holiday season. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the entire place, which added to the sense of ease during our stay. The location was also very convenient, being close to nearby cities, making it easy for us to explore and attend to any errands or activities. Special thanks to the helpful caretaker, Dexter, who went above and beyond to assist us whenever needed. Auntie Rose was also extremely accommodating, ensuring that we felt welcome and well-cared for throughout our visit. Overall, we highly recommend this transient house for anyone seeking a serene, clean, and conveniently located place to stay, supported by genuinely kind and attentive hosts.

this is the second room we rented and our 2 booking. first booked last 2023. love the location. BF is a community with in a bigger BF community. very close to Catholic Church, Starbucks and Puregold. very close and reachable via tricycle to 2 SM at each entry along Sucat. where else can you find a place with such location.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very helpful and responsive. The place is nice, clean, and quiet. I recommend this place. The owner is very kind. Sana next time may microwave na☺️ but overall 5🌟

A cozy and relaxing place worth the time travelled and the price paid for. I didn't worry much with our stay there as the amenities were complete and concerns were quickly attended and resolved. Ms. Agnes is very friendly and responsive. Thank you for accomodating us 🙂

The place is exactly as described-beautiful, clean and well-maintained.

The location matched the photographs shown in the listing, which contributed to a pleasant experience for my friends, who were easily satisfied and expressed enjoyment of the place. However, I found that my expectations were not fully met. While the aesthetics in the photos were appealing, the actual experience fell short for me. Additionally, the address provided was vague and lacked a specific house number, which could complicate finding the location. Fortunately, we decided to visit early in the day, as searching for the property at night would have been challenging. Ms. Ciarra didn't reply at once and didn't provide us with instructions on how to get into the place. We asked around and tried to match the house's facade to identify its location. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

This place is really lovely. It’s easy to get to. The balcony view is exactly what you’ll find in the posted photos in the listing. Ate Baby is super responsive (she’s just a text away). There are two sari-sari stores nearby where you can grab some essentials. We decided to stay instead of going out. The place is better suited for staycation.

Host was very responsive with all my questions and was very accomadating with our needs. Place was exactly as shown on picture. Besides the actually place, the rooftop view was amazing, tons of restaurants just walking distance, and tons of activities to do. There's also a nearby fishball stand at night which made the stay even better.

Ms Eden is a very friendly host. We felt at home at her place. The place is also comfortable. She would always responds to our requests.

The place itself was neat and wonderful. our friends and I enjoyed our 2 days stay. Going there is a bit challenging though because of the rough road but overall she is very responsive and caring to us. plus points that she always attend to all our concerns. looking forward to comeback again sometime.

We had a good time at Orlyn’s place. It is conveniently close to Mall of Asia and not far from Ninoy Aquino International Airport. There was soap, toothpaste and toothbrushes waiting for us. Nice touch, although we didn’t need to use them. I was a little confused about the use of the nice recreational amenities on the 2nd floor. I thought the guest pass I received at checkin (for which you have to deposit a form of ID) would give me access to the pool, but a guard told me that I could sit by the pool but not swim unless I paid a guest fee at the office in the basement. A note for future guests: the walls don’t go all the way up to the ceiling but are more like partitions, which helps the flow of cool air from the air conditioning and daylight which was fine for us, but if you want more privacy you must be aware that this means the rooms are not soundproof. All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Franz's unit is very clean and spotless. Location of the parking slot is very near the lobby. Location of the unit is just next to the elevator lobby. So convenient. Loved the morning sun and sunrise view. Had a great stay!

Our New Years Eve was fantastic! Despite minor issues, the owner and staff promptly addressed and resolved it. Their attentive nature and swift problem-solving made our stay. Got cozy and comfy rooms, spacious kitchen, bathrooms and living areas, fit for my family. The ambiance was serene and private. We appreciated them for being so nice, friendly and approchable. The host was very responsive too. Highly recommended for ambiance, warm service and unforgettable experiences!
