Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Central Jakarta City

I had an amazing time at Lily’s!! The house is in a residential area, very calm. Breakfast was lovely every day. I really appreciate the flexibility for check in and check out, as my plane arrived late at night and was leaving early morning! Greatly recommend!

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

Overall my family and I had a very positive experience staying at Mba Astari’s place. House was clean, bedrooms are big, kitchen are fully equipped with cooking utensils and tablewares, amenities are provided. Mba Astari was really friendly, helpful, and responsive. She also went above and beyond to provide utensils for bbq as we stayed there for new year’s eve. Several things to note though: 1. The room without AC was really hot all day, turning on the fan(s) did not really help. Also, the fans were loud so it was better off during the night. We had the door slightly opened and the window opened to let more air in. 2. The toilet in the biggest bedroom’s bathroom is very close to the wall and facing it, would be inconvenient for people with long legs to use. However, there are 3 others toilet you can use without problems. 3. The streets were busy so it was quite noisy all day. The street in front of the house was also a bit narrow, making it tricky to get in and out the carport.

Menginap 2 mlm disini. Semua sangat puas. Tempatnya nyaman, bersih, kamar2 tidur besar., kolam renangnya bersih. Tuan rumahnya jg baik, mudah dihubungi. Besok2 kl perlu villa akan kesini lagi. Terima kasih.

Tuvimos una muy buena y cómoda estadía. El lugar estuvo muy limpio y muy bien ubicado (cerca a lugares donde comer y centros comerciales). Yusuf estuvo en contacto y atento a nuestra llegada para asegurarse que sea de la mejor manera. Gracias Yusuf!

Place is amazing!!! Even better than the photos. So spacious and alot alot of restaurants and coffee shops. So easy to get food like anytime. Everything is so clean and pak Ipoel is very helpful, like anytime we need it, he’s right there to help. Perfect holiday place , just loved it

Alhamdulillah, stay di sini tuh bener-bener kayak lagi numpang di rumah saudara sendiri. Bersih, rapi, adem. Host-nya baik banget dan nggak ribet. Pokoknya recommended lah buat yang pengen istirahat tenang dan nyaman.

Many restaurants around only at downstairs, have a nice view of Jakarta.

Apartemen pak yusak bersih dan rapi ada 2 kamar yg besar dan sofa bed peralatan dapur lengkap dan ada mesin cuci jg walaupun unit ini sdh cukup berumur, tp terlihat kl unitnya di rawat dgn baik sangat rekomen utk tmpt tinggal selama liburan di jkt dgn keluarga

Alles wat je nodig hebt staat tot je beschikking. Zeep in keuken en badkamer, dweil, drinkwater. Erg fijne douche met goede waterstraal en warm. Naast 3 malls gelegen met ruim voldoende mogelijkheden om te eten. Gunstig gelegen tov vliegveld, treinstation Gambir. Communicatie met host was prettig en efficiënt. Duidelijke instructies.

Awesome location, right in front of the MRT and near to all the cool spots. Clean bed & sofa & bathroom. AC was nice & cold (perhaps some thicker blankets might be needed haha). Beautiful lobby, stunning pool with the city skyline & very helpful staff in the building. Super easy to order food & deliveries here as well! Amenities are also quite complete. Note : The host did mention that due to the central location, there is constant noise from the streets as well as from the AC unit. But in my experience, it’s mere white noise. Did not bother with our sleeping whatsoever.

Had a great stay for a few days. Place is clean, has everything you need such as laundry machine, coffee machine, smart tv and great central location. Staff’s friendly and responsive

窓からの見晴らしがよく、インターネットの速度も申し分なかったです。 アリが結構いるのが気になりましたが、それ以外に不満はなかったです。部屋のクリーニングのサービスが付いているので、自分でタオルを洗濯したり、トイレットペーパーを買ったりしなくてよかったです。コンロが使用禁止だったので料理ができなかったです。

My mom and I stayed at Al's again for the second time—and we loved it! The place felt like a true home away from home. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, such as towels and towel mats in the bathroom, hangers, proper amount of utensils, etc. The level of cleanliness was outstanding, with the place being regularly cleaned and maintained, which made for a worry-free and pleasant experience. Al was also responsive as always. Highly recommend!

lokasi nya cukup strategis ya, dengan fasilitas clubhouse yang bagus menurut saya, sayang blm sempat dipakai karena kesibukan. lobby tower nya mudah ditemukan, tersedia di google map. terdapat mailboxes untuk bertukar access key dan kunci. lift yang yersedia ada 5, dan naik turun nya cukup cepat, tidak banyak antrian jadinya. ukuran kamar studio ini hanya cocok untuk maximal 2 orang saja. kamar sangat bersih, kamar mandi juga. serta dapur dan peralatan yang memadai jika ingin stay lebih dari seminggu maupun beberapa bulan. overall experiences sangat menyenangkan, dari dan menuju airport pun cukup mudah karena lokasi berada di jalur keluar dan masuk toll.

Darma was a great host, responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our requests. The apartment was very clean and close to public transportation. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to stay because of the renovation but I stayed nearby for a month and this is a great location. one of the best places to stay in Jakarta. Definitely. Look here first when i'm coming back and great communication

The owner is very helpful and easy to communicate. The condo is spacious, my family and I feel very comfortable and also it is easy to commute around. I highly recommended. I will stay again next time.
