Desde el primer momento tuvo muy buena predisposición. Sin problemas con el horario de check in y sin problema de ningún tipo El departamento es hermoso y súper limpio Realmente tal cual muestra las fotos . Lo volvería a elegir en mis próximas visitas a asuncion.

The apartment is exactly as described, with beautiful light and very spacious. Moran is an excellent host, always very responsive every time we had a question. The location is perfect, walkable distance to many restaurants and a great shopping center. We loved it and we’ll be back!

Muy buen alojamiento tanto familiar como para ir en amigos. El lugar de la residencia es tranquilo, dejamos el vehículo en la calle y nadie toca absolutamente nada. Ni hablar de la comodidad de la casa. 100% recomendado. Impecable predisposición del anfitrión. Muy amable ante cualquier duda.

Días tranquilos, supermercados relativamente cerca, un par de restaurantes en la misma cuadra donde se come rico.

Wir haben diese Woche bei Peter sehr genossen. Als Neulinge auf dem amerikanischen Kontinent war uns Peter in allen Fragen behilflich: Flughafen Transfer, Autovermietung, Geldwechsel, Busticket, Markt besuchen usw. Das Haus ist geräumig , das Bett besitzt eine gute Matratze, die Klimaanlage kühlt zügig runter und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll war der neue Grill auf der großen Terrasse, den wir viel nutzten. Und das Beste zum Schluss: der große Pool inmitten des vogelreichen Gartens ist abends sogar zauberhaft beleuchtet. Als Start für Südamerika die beste Adresse , fangt hier bei Peter an.

If you’re looking to experience the real Asunción and Paraguay as a whole, I can’t recommend this place enough! The neighborhood is a fantastic choice: peaceful, safe, and full of things to see and do. I stayed for a month and felt completely at home. The apartment checked all the boxes with very fast WiFi for work, plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen, and a charming antique style with cozy furniture and warm welcoming colors. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always available with great tips and advice whenever I needed it. Whether you’re working remotely or just looking for a place to explore the city, this is the perfect home base. You won’t regret staying here!!!!

Apartamento novo, com excelente infraestrutura e muito bem localizado.

O apto da Sandra é até melhor do que parece nas fotos. O prédio é excelente. Localização muito boa e comunicação com a Ruth muito fácil e agradável. Ótimos quartos com bons ares condicionados e cozinha completa. Gostamos tanto que já vamos voltar! Recomendo fortemente esse apartamento.

Beautiful Tree top apartment with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, AC in all of the rooms, super clean, and well equipped kitchen. There's a handy laundry room, and a deck that over looks a park. Bonus: a roof top pool! Excellent 24 hour front door reception is a cherry on top. This is our home away from home when we visit Asunción. Host is very communicative and kind. Lovely space.

Everything was great!

Estamos muy contentos con el precio, la comunicación, la limpieza del depa y las amenidades y detalles de lo mismo. Actualmente, hay otra torre bajo construcción junto y desafortunadamente es mucho ruido desde las 6:30 de la mañana. También se escucha bastante el tráfico de la avenida. Fuera de eso, es muy recomendable el lugar. Nos quedamos mi esposa, hija (9 años) y yo por dos semanas. Es muy chiquito pero exactamente como se describe y sí nos sirvió muy bien para la visita a nuestra familia quienes viven en la zona.

Je recommande vivement ce logement. L’appartement était très propre et conforme à l’annonce. Beau et spacieux. Rue calme mais proche de toutes les commodités : shopping mall ( 2 à moins de 600m). Sans oublier l’Urban café avec ces supers petits déjeuners et super cafés. Je recommande vivement. Merci beaucoup. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
