Condo vacation rentals in Central Department

great condo in a great neighborhood. there's a brewery next door and many good restaurants. we loved having the king sized bed. the condo is in excellent condition and everything works. the balcony is great and the place is well stocked up with cooking supplies and coffee machine. the hosts responded immediately and we're very kind. I highly recommend this condo and the hosts

Íamos ficar 5 dias e nos mudar para um apto mais próximo do meu trabalho. Entretanto, ficamos 14 dias. O ambiente extremamente agradável e confortável nos conquistou! O apto tinha todos os utensílios necessários e o pessoal da portaria (24h) sempre muito solícito! Nota 10!

Nos encantó el depto, amplio, moderno y contaba con todas las amenidades necesarias para una estadía placentera. Los agentes de Rentu son muy amables y contestan rápidamente, están atentos a brindar un buen servicio.

Fuimos 3 personas y nos sentimos súper cómodas . El departamento está prácticamente nuevo y las vistas son hermosas. Esta bien equipado y hay guardia de seguridad 24hs. Las habitaciones tienen solo camas doles, nosotros queríamos una con dos camas pequeñas pero no se podía asique Beatriz nos armó una pequeña plegable que finalmente no usamos porque las camas dobles eran realmente muy cómodas no tuvimos problema en compartir la cama entre dos personas. Con Beatriz nos comunicamos siempre por mensajes y si bien no la conocimos fue muy amable y nos brindó información del barrio. Sin duda lo recomendamos y volveríamos a ir.

My stay at Mauro's place was comfortable. The neighborhood is a quiet and tranquil residential area that felt safe to walk and explore around the area. There are grocery stores within walking distance or a short Uber. The apparement itself felt like home right away. The apparment has a modern feel while still being warm and comfortable. The layout of the apparment utilizes the space perfectly and had the most equipped kitchen of the other airbnbs I've stayed at in Asunción. The adado on the balcony was also a nice treat. The staff are welcoming and warm. They always were wanting to lend a hand during my stay and are friendly people.

I have to go to San Lorenzo, Asuncion few times a year to see family and Jose’s house is been a blessing for me for location and confort. I felt just like home. Thank you Jose for your hospitality and for sure I’ll see you guys again in my next trip.

Mooi en licht appartement. Veel faciliteiten op het complex voor een fitte levenstijl. We hebben een fijne tijd gehad!

Después de muchos hospedajes en Asunción, sin duda este es el mejor de todos, sus muebles son de gran calidad, colchón, TV etc ... ya que normalmente los apartamentos de alquiler nadie se suele gastar dinero en ese tipo de cosas.

El trato de Regina fue de lo mejor, excelente, 0 quejas, presta a apoyarnos todo el tiempo e incluso nos recogió en el centro de Asunción con su auto. Alojamiento impecable, comodo, con todo lo necesario, nos quedamos 4 y estuvimos muy cómodos. Ademas de otro compañero que estaba en otro cuarto. Zona tranquila, se puede descansar perfectamente. El aire acondicionado muy útil para el calor. Nos presto todo para hacer un asado. De verdad estamos muy agradecidos con el trato recibido y si vuelto a Asunción seguro me vuelvo a quedar allí. Un abrazo grande y de nuevo un millón de gracias por el trato recibido.

Guillermo’s Airbnb is in central Asunción, minutes away from Calle Palma, Mercado 4, Palacio De López! With his Guillermo’s Airbnb, you get “2 for 1” deal with 2 bedrooms/1bathroom for what seems like you would pay for 1 bedroom, fully-furnished apartment. Very clean. The Airbnb far exceeded my expectations of what the pictures provide on this listing & I strongly encourage it will do the same for others in the future who book this listing. About Guillermo… incredible host. He was available to answer any of my questions at anytime of the day, including late night & early morning. He showed he not only cares about his Airbnb, but more-so cares about the people that stay in his vicinity. He was able to answer every question I had. If he didn’t know the answer, he helped find a solution in order for my question to be answered not only correctly, but honestly. Thank you so much Guillermo!

Matheus and the team were great hosts! The apartment is equipped for long-term stays and you have everything you need within the complex. I had a comfortable stay!

I would have loved to stay in this beautiful apartment for longer. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows, you will enjoy a relaxing sleep here after touring the city. The water in the shower is strong and hot. This building has beautiful views of the city and we enjoyed viewing the sunrise from the rooftop. We also appreciate the secure parking. If you are a terrible planner Nicolas has you covered with recommendations for what to see and where to eat. There was plenty of sites and markets to walk to, we would definitely stay here next time we are in Asunción

I had an incredible stay at this Yasmin Airbnb! The place was spotless, safe, and fully equipped with everything I needed. Its location, just 12 minutes from the mall, was super convenient. Yasmin was amazing—so responsive and attentive, making the entire experience seamless. On top of that, she is an awesome realtor, which was a bonus! Highly recommend staying here—you won’t regret it!

The apartment is centrally located and accessible to local sites that allow you to know and enjoy the local culture of Paraguay. The host was always accessible and the building staff was very friendly. We highly recommend it for business travel. We would definitely return.

Fer es una persona súper amable, responde rápido y soluciona todo lo que le pidas! Nos sentimos muy cómodos en el condominio! Es SÚPER seguro y hay un montón para hacer. Lamentamos no aprovechar más nuestra estadía.
