You’ll find all nice restaurants, cafes, and stores downstairs. Big supermarket, local Mercado, metro station…all within 5 minutes walking distance.

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

A large, newly renovated 17th century house with vintage touches and all the modern amenities for you to enjoy a pleasant stay. We are located in the heart of Mexico City's Historic Center, just 2 blocks from the Cathedral and the Zócalo. Each room has a kitchenette, induction grill, mini fridge, oven, coffee maker, blender and basic utensils to cook whatever you like, as well as towels and a dryer. Very quiet and with many means of transportation. Nearby area for outdoor exercise.
