Cottage vacation rentals in Central Asia

We stayed at Aamir’s place in July 2024 when we visited Kashmir for the first time with our families. Aamir, Muneer and Aadil made the entire experience extremely comfortable. The very day we arrived, we were upgraded without asking for it as they saw that my mum in law can’t walk a lot so we were given the rooms close to the entrance. We arrived quite late (around 10pm) because of flight delays and had no idea where we will find food from at this hour but they made sure that we don’t sleep hungry. They prepared a full meal this late in the night and for all days that we stayed there, even if we needed something at 1am in the night, they were all happy to help. The place is beautiful and very nicely maintained. They have a beautiful garden just behind the rooms where we had breakfast and made some core memories. Aamir also recommended some places to visit and helped make transport arrangements. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. This was home away from home.

We had a truly lovely stay, and I must say, Rishi is an exceptional host. He went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable in every possible way. His suggestions for places to visit, dining, and shopping were always spot-on and reliable. The property itself is stunning and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat. If you're looking to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of the city this is the perfect place to relax. Highly recommended!

A truly serene stay! The property is perfectly located near Aastha Path, right by the Ganga, offering a peaceful and calming atmosphere. Everything was just as shown in the pictures — clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The host was very kind and communicated clearly throughout, making the stay even more comfortable. There’s also a nearby shop for any emergency groceries, and we had no issues with parking. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

The villa itself is beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and comfortable with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. However, the location is quite far from Manali, which can be inconvenient if you’re planning to explore the main town frequently. It’s a great place if you’re looking for peace and isolation, but keep the distance in mind when booking

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an absolutely lovely stay! The place was spotless, well-appointed, and even better than the photos. the staff there Mr.Anil was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. I especially appreciated that Anil made sure everything was clean and we were comfortable at all times. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, secluded and had a great view. The property itself is extremely beautiful, comfortable and has all the amenities one could ask for.

We went with high expectations and were not disappointed. The place is clean with amazing views and a superb and helpful service staff. The in-house food is good, although slightly pricey. My family had a great time soaking in the views and relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Take up Shreyan's suggestions of off beat places to visit like Soyl village, you will be thankful. Only thing I would point out, is that the place is about 100 mts from a busy road and there is construction happening is several places around. I hope the pristine views are preserved for the future.

I’ll truly recommend to stay in Swarg Cottage in Naggar, Manali. The Service, the food, the view and overall cottage is so good. Behaviour of the care taker(Deepu ji) the owner of the cottage(Yash ji) is so nice towards the tourist. If you want to experience a peaceful life then go for Swarg cottage. Chiki(there dog) will also guide you till the cottage and you will love the company of there dogs(Chiki & Coco). I will give 10 on 10 to this cottage experience. Surely i will stay back in the Swarg Cottage if i will visit Manali again.

Magical place. Clean and very well maintained property. Beautiful and tasteful construction. It is a place where you would like to go again and again. Very peaceful surroundings. Good food. Super friendly and trained staff. Very well managed. I visited the place with my family with a small pet dog. There was ample of space for pet to roam around. I am very happy with the experience.

It's an amazing property which is well maintained. Very neat and clean with an excellent care taker Mr Akash. He was always available for any help required. The in-house food is incredibly delicious and poclet friendly. The property is located at calm and serene mountain valley. It's kid friendly as well. The rooms, bathrooms, and everything was perfectly cleaned. I would highly recommend this property

We had a wonderful 5-6 day stay at your beautiful Kashvi homestay! The serene Mountains View from the house was truly breathtaking and made every morning feel special. The overall ambience of the house was peaceful, cozy, and tastefully done — it instantly made us feel at home. Everything was well maintained, and your hospitality especially the caretaker added to the experience. Thank you for making our stay so memorable — we’d love to come back again!

Our stay was the highlight of our travels through Himachal Pradesh. This is a hidden gem in the mountains. It takes a little while to hike up, about 1 hour for able bodied persons, but it is so worth it. The place is totally secluded high on the mountain, so beautiful, peaceful, and has a world class view. Om Prakash ji and Asha ji were wonderful and very attentive hosts. They cooked for us on our last night there and it was delicious. Om Prakash took us to the summit of Labhri top. He spent the whole day hiking with us and packed us a lunch of parathas and chai. It cost extra (1,500 Rs), but highly recommend it for those who like hiking and lead an active lifestyle. Pretty strenuous hike at times, but the view from the top makes it all worth it. The journey is quite beautiful too. All in all the place, our hosts - Om Prakash and Asha, and our time there was completely charming. We really hope to return soon.

I had the wonderful opportunity of staying at Anantham in Bir. The property is really wonderful and it's soo comfortable. Everything here was more than perfect. What made the stay more memorable was the host Shikhar. He went above and beyond to make things perfect! Everything was perfectly laid out and he gave suggestions which helped us enjoy this place more!

This place is heaven. The location, the house, the facilities, the caretakers, the food- everything was beyond awesome. Rahul always responded in time. The caretakers Chandan and Mohan need special mention- they provided all required help, delicious food and great hospitality. Overall this place needs to be visited again and again for its charm, Himalayan views, tranquility and hospitality. We would definitely visit the place again.

This is a beautiful airbnb with great surroundings. It was completely worth it… total value for money Anil ji was a great host. Also the food was quite reasonable we got to have delicious homemade food and theres a cute dog in the property too. Overall highly recommend.

This property is wonderful! My wife and I had a fantastic stay with our cat and dog! We had a nice private garden for our dog to relax. The cottage was cute and cozy. Had fantastic food! Do try ashish bhai's amazing mutton curry!!! There is a constant symphony of birds, insects and other nature sounds all day! No traffic around and no honking heard throughout the trip. Leena is wonderful! She is a very friendly, warm and helpful host. She went out of her way to help me surprise my wife with a birthday cake! She was very responsive with any request we had. We read the clearly laid out house rules and following them was a breeze. Leena's dogs are a bunch of cuties. Leena made sure she informed me that she is letting her dogs out so that there is no issue of them fighting. Wonderful. She understands what it is to travel with pets. We will be back sooner rather than later to have that amazing mutton and to get to know Leena and her dogs better. Thank you Leena for a memorable vacation!

Absolutely lovely experience staying at this beautiful cottage! The place is already beautiful but the location is truly the cherry on top. Being there was a huge reset from city life. It was quiet, peaceful, and calm. Shambhavi, Aditya, and their team truly took utmost care of our experience even before we checked in. From providing detailed map instructions, confirming our arrival times, arranging food, they did it all. They even have art supplies, binoculars, and a telescope at the property! Lastly, a special shout out to Manmohan bhaiya who made sure we had everything we needed. I’ll be visiting again for sure, and for longer.

Host Ammar is very friendly & supportive, Cottage is very peaceful & super luxury. I just love this place surely the best place in Murree with almost every feature. Cards, ludo and other games provided too is the plus point 🥰

Nikhil and Aarti's homestay, Anoop's by Deerwood Cottages, Jagdhar, is an amazing, cozy place! We had selected the place just by seeing the snap of the Himalayan views from their cottage and we were lucky that the weather was clear and crisp and we got the exact same views! The home is very well maintained and the decor is excellent! Host Nikhil was around all the time and was very helpful and friendly. The most important thing that we are grateful for is that the food was customised as per our needs. We were a bunch of people between the age range of 12 to 82! One of my aunts had zero tolerance level for spices, so we asked them to keep aside one small serving for her, in every meal, with zero spices; and they did just exactly that and my aunt was super happy! Kavita’s place is spotlessly clean. The rooms are tastefully done up with stunning views of the mountains. It felt like home. The caretaker Vinod is friendly and cooks delicious meals. I stayed at Nand Maya with my family and we had a comfortable stay. Kavita is responsive and was always available. I would surely go back to Nand Maya again.

A wonderful stay with warm hospitality! Nonika is a fantastic host—highly responsive and always ready to assist with any queries. Nikhil, the cook and caretaker, truly elevated the experience with his culinary skills. We had dinner at the BnB all three nights, and the food was absolutely superb! I wasnt expecting such good quality across cuisines (must try the chicken lollipop if you are a non vegetarian). The cottage itself is charming and thoughtfully decorated, ensuring all essential comforts. However, the staircase leading to the upper room is quite narrow and could feel a bit risky. One thing to note—while this isn't a fault of the BnB—the route from Jibhi to the property gets quite narrow and rough in certain patches, requiring extra caution while navigating.

Staying with Chandan and his Team in Naggar was an absolute delight! Nestled amidst the breathtaking mountains, the location offered unparalleled serenity and stunning views that made every moment memorable. The property itself was beautifully maintained, with cozy accommodations and all the amenities one could ask for. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that our experience was nothing short of perfect. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the mountains."
