We really enjoyed our stay here. Easy access off Hollywood Rd - down a couple small flights of stairs on Shing Hing st. Studio apartment is on the first floor - so not too many stairs when you have cases to lug up. Apartment was as described with the addition of a coffee table which opens up to a table. Had everything we needed. The host provided videos to help explain various things - including how to find the entrance and open the door. Despite our plane delay and our very late arrival he checked in with us to make sure we got in ok. You are in old Hong Kong - so be prepared for lots of stairs and hill walking - but so much to take in and enjoy. No shortage of food and drink venues in walking distance.

This was our second stay in Juila's apartment. We love the layout, provision and location and view from the windows. We found the air conditioning quiet and efficient. We would like to stay here again when we return to Hong Kong.

Located in the heart of Central with a sports park / play ground right in front. The views are magnificent - 3 bedrooms are a rarity. We were a party of 6 - all good. We will come back.

Great value, convenient location and as described.

It was a wonderful stay, great location and great building. Only 2 steps to the elevator and, at one end, you don't even need to climb the 2 steps. Concierge is professional and friendly. Convenient to transportation and great restaurants in the area. Benjamin is a great host, responsive quickly and attentive to our needs, flexible and friendly. I would love to revisit but price is a little out of my budget unfortunately.

The accommodation was as described—nice, clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. The location was also great. The host was helpful and kind throughout. Unfortunately, during my stay, the building’s water pump broke down, so there was no water access. This issue wasn’t the host’s fault, and they did their best to help resolve it. Aside from the water problem, everything else was really pleasant.

Eric is very responsive on messaging. It was very easy to communicate. The place is small but clean and well organised. Eric and Gerlie are both very friendly. Gerlie picked me up at the MTR station to check me in, that was very nice. Thank you.

I had lived in Hong Kong for 10 years so I know quite a lot of places here and I will definately advise this options to my friends if they chose to visit and not staying at my place :) . This was my weekend staycation away from the city and I enjoyed it quite a bit! If you want to have a quiet, chill atmosphere after a whole day of sightseeing in Hong Kong with a very short commute to Central (either 13 minutes walk or 5 minutes bus plus 25 minutes on a very frequent ferry which runs as late as 1 AM every day) this is an absolute winner! The apartment is equiped with everything you need and the host is very responsive. It is a very good deal considering the size and the prices of the hotel rooms in Hong Kong. Excellent.

Amélie is the perfect host! We checked in easily thanks to her clear instructions, then she popped in later that day to say hi and offer us any help and advice we needed. The apartment is only a few minutes from the ferry pier at Yung Shue Wan, the main village on Lamna. But getting there does involve quite a lot of steps and a steep slope, so it mightn’t be easy for anyone with mobility concerns. The place itself is lovely - spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful terrace and a lovely chilled vibe. It’s perfect for exploring the island on foot and the views close by are enchanting. Yung Shue Wan has everything we needed in terms of restaurants, cafés and basic shopping. And one of the best things about Lamma is there are no cars (though there are little VVs - village vehicles - that deliver stuff and race around the narrow paths)! Altogether we had a brilliant stay and Amélie’s place offered the perfect retreat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed, comfortable and spacious apartment — a first floor walk-up in a three-storey village house. San Shek Wan village is on South Lantau Road with bus stops located at the bottom of the road for heading in either direction - Mui wo or Tung Chung. Cheung Sha beach is about 15 minutes walk. or four stops on the number 1 bus. The location is rural and quiet, well away from the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong. Yet access to the city is easy via bus and MTR , or bus and ferry direct to HK Island. Regular Lantau taxis are easy via the HK Taxi App - Uber don't go to South Lantau. Viv & Hugh provide detailed photographic instructions for access and were quick to answer any questions. Many thanks , Viv & Hugh, we hope to be back.

Location was very good 5 min walking to sai ying pun mrt station exit A1. Wi-Fi and A-C working perfectly. Flat owner was quick to respond.

Robert’s place was great, although was smaller than the photos appeared. As such my husband and I ended up having to move to a friend’s house and leave our two young adult children to stay alone ( which wasn’t a problem.) As 4 people in that tiny space would have been a real squeeze. The biggest problem that there had been a last minute problem with the kitchen which suddenly needed repair. As such it was shut off completely when my daughter arrived and she was told that the kitchen would not be able to be used. In such a tiny space, losing a whole kitchen was a big deal. It also meant that they had nowhere to go to store or prepare even the most basic of food. Robert was very good about it when I contacted him though and agreed to give us a sizable refund on our initial payment as compensation, which I thought was very fair. As such, I am still happy to give a positive review.

Josh’s place was fantastic. Actually pretty spacious for a Hong Kong apartment. View was incredible. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in HK

Convenient accommodation, super close to Mong Kok subway station, downstairs is the night market, it is very convenient to walk or take the subway to anywhere, you can experience Hong Kong's old-style buildings, the house is very cozy and modern, the toilet is small but there is a smart toilet, it is very convenient, the stay experience is very good, the neighbors in the building are very friendly, downstairs there are security guards and a code lock, you need a code to enter and exit, so you don't have to worry about security issues, the security guards are very good, they greet you when you enter and exit, the host is friendly, he responds to questions in a timely manner, and the information provided is helpful, there is also an automatic mahjong table in the house, you can experience playing mahjong, it is very comfortable during the stay, and the high floors are not noisy, I highly recommend staying

This apartment is gorgeous, and my fiancee and I had a fantastic time in Hong Kong. The apartment is very spacious for Hong Kong, and my fiancee and I had ample storage space during our 4 nights there. The apartment doesn't have much decoration, but the view of Kowloon and the harbor more than makes up: I'd wake up every morning and just stare out the window (and snap a couple pics). The building is super nice - doormen, marble floors, crystal chandeliers. The pool is a little tricky to get to (you have to swipe into the clubhouse - the first door to your right on the veranda) but is beautiful (just a note: signs will say the pool is closed even when it isn't; always check at the clubhouse just in case.) This is the nicest building I've ever stayed in, and the location is very convenient (about a 30-min walk from the harbor or history museum; right next to the Night & Jade markets, 15-min walk to subway and the bus to Stanley market or Aberdeen - plus a building shuttle to Kowloon station & the airport express). Eric was very easy to communicate with, and we had everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommended for a great experience!

Perfect for our family trip. Greg's apartment had all we could need and is in a complex with top notch facilities. Close to some of Hong Kong's best beaches and trails and a short hop from Central or Sai Kung. We had an ideal stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pierre’s. The apartment was clean, well equipped and modern, and in a great location, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and lots of transportation. Pierre was really helpful, easy to communicate with, met us at the flat and showed us around and checked in on us during our stay. We would definitely stay again when we next visit HK!

I live on the sofa bed in the living room. Although it is in the living room, the host will leave the living room when I sleep, giving me a quiet and private space. I feel respected.
