A peaceful nest in northern Tel Aviv.

A cosy garden apartment with all the amenities. The apartment is in a park so it is always super quiet here. There's a children's park right outside and just across the street are the AMPM (Israel's 7/11), a coffee bar, a hummus place and many more small businesses. Close by are Park Hayarkon (the largest park in Tel Aviv with many rivers, creeks and hidden spots) and Ramat HaHayal business district with it's many restaurants, markets and bars. Tel Aviv beach are a quick 10 minute drive.

Very special, large and cozy rooftop apartment with a large terrace right in the centre of Neve Tsedek with all the local amenities you need for a perfect stay. Central and quiet, the property is very close to the beaches (Banana, Manta Ray etc …), the Carmel Market, Rothschild avenue, Florentine, Jaffa etc … From here, you can easily move around the city with a large choice of buses. The Elifilet tram station is just a minutes walk. Listed since March 2024.
