The beautiful 'Le Petit Chateau', at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie', originally built in 1551 is entirely yours to enjoy. Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

Notre petite grange se compose d'une grande pièce à vivre de 30m² avec coin cuisine, coin salle à manger, coin salon (avec son canapé lit couchage double 140cm), coin nuit (avec son lit en 160) et une salle d'eau avec wc. Vous aurez un coin de jardin privé à votre disposition. Idéale pour 2 personnes, elle peut néanmoins accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes avec son canapé lit. Chauffage par poêle à granulés. Les granulés sont fournis.

Situé dans un petit village typique aux portes du Périgord Noir, notre gîte classé 3 étoiles est idéalement situé pour visiter la Dordogne. La maison a entièrement été réaménagée en 2020. Son jardin et sa grande terrasse vous permettront de vous détendre au calme. Elle dispose d'une cuisine de 14 m2, d'un grand séjour de 25 m2, de 1 salles de bain, 1 wc séparé et de 2 chambres.
