Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. The Jacuzzi, on the covered terrace, is heated all year round and is only for you. The nearest shops (bakery, grocery store, butcher shop) are 4 km away in THENAY, and all other shops are 7 km away in CONTRES. Furnished tourist property not suitable for hosting people with disabilities. NO AIR CONDITIONING but 2 fans.

Between the vineyards, hiking trails, the Loire by bike and 5 km from Amboise, Anne-Sophie and Nicolas welcome you to the heart of the rock in a renovated century-old troglodyte cottage. Welcome to La Petite Maison. We welcome you to a 60 m2 house, completely renovated in 2022. Ideally located at the foot of the "La Loire à Vélo" bike path, less than 10 km from the castles of Blois and Chambord. It has a fully equipped kitchen, open to a bright living room, two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, the other with two single beds, a bathroom and separate toilet. An enclosed garden allows you to relax in the shade of a cherry tree.

We are located 20 minutes from Chambord Castle, 30 minutes from Lamotte-Beuvron Equestrian Park and 1 hour from Beauval Zoo. Many essential shops are nearby. In short, our cottage is the perfect place to come and rest or visit our beautiful Sologne, whether through its hiking trails or its bike or horseback riding trails.

The Cave of Moulin de la Motte Baudoin

Welcome to the Grotte du Moulin! This natural loft is embedded in a limestone mound and will surprise you with its irregularity. It consists of a large kitchen open to the living room and a bedroom with bathroom separated by a sliding garage door. In the bedroom, you have a double bed (160 cm) and in the living room a single bed (90 cm) with a non-convertible sofa that can be used as a small bed.

The house and flat attached are perched on elevated grounds with a very beautiful view of the valley. The property is set amongst vineyards and forest above and a park below it. This position makes the location of the house a haven of peace and tranquillity.
