On the territory of the farm there is a pool about 5 meters (common for all the neighbors), two barbecue areas and a common patio. Throughout the territory there are different separate areas.

The house is a 1930 property, fully restored, respecting part of the old elements, carpentry, vigueria ... It has a beautiful patio from which you can see one of the forts surrounding the city It is located in a sailor, fisherman and flamenco neighborhood. Close to Cala Cortina beach and the port and just a short walk to the historic center. Bus and train station are also very close. Very good. Easy parking.
