20-25 minutes from Austin. Near lakes and parks. Quiet spot in the city. Great place to stay for festivals (ACL, SXSW, etc), perfect for business people or couples- it is located in close proximity to my house but you are given complete privacy. **PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE ARE LOCATED NEAR A HIGHWAY AND YOU CAN HEAR IT FROM THE CABIN- this is not anything I can change and it’s unfortunately, a blessing and a curse. Its not super loud or anything, but some people are very sensitive to sound. :) **

Come stay for a relaxing time overlooking the San Gabriel River with a beautiful panoramic view. It is a safe wonderful get-a-way for fresh air and shaded walks. The Cabin has its own driveway/parking.There is a well defined path, 5 min walk to the River, where you can relax, picnic,swim, Kayak or fish. At Cabin we have Volleyball, Cornhole, Horseshoes, Tetherball, Fire-pit wood, pool for you and your family to enjoy in warm weather with privacy. *Sorry but we will not be able to host parties.

Newly renovated home in quiet cul-de-sac 19 minutes from downtown. Each bedroom has a bathroom and walk in closet. Master bedroom has a California King and second bedroom has a Queen. Both bedrooms are on the second floor. We have a roll in bed in the garage as well as a large couch that can be used for the 5th and 6th guest. Only guests are permitted. No extra visitors, parties or events. Violations may result in cancellation without refund. Neighborhood quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.
