Happy Horse Bungalow

We are 20 minutes east of the Austin airport & COTA, & 30 minutes from downtown Austin. Bastrop is 15 minutes due east. We are 2 miles/4 minutes from the McKinney Roughs Nature Park trailhead (hiking/biking/horse trails along the river), & 5 minutes from the Hyatt Lost Pines Resort using the back entrance. Our 20+ acres is a quiet wooded park near the end of a dead end road with walking & biking trails on site. This is ELEGANT CAMPING & the 3 tidy outhouses & 2 hot water showers are outdoors!

Country Charm, Remodeled 1940's 2 bed 1 bath

This 2 bedroom 1 bath house was originally built in the 1940's in downtown Austin. We had it moved to our property a few years ago and have completely remodeled it. It sits on a 1 acre lot and now is walking distance to the new 45 toll road extension which has a hike and bike trail along side of it. This road is now complete and will make for a quicker commute into Austin. It takes approximately 20 min. to downtown Austin or 1 hour to downtown San Antonio.
