The place felt like home. Had everything you need. Me and my Fiancé enjoyed our stay there. We had no issues with anything. Checking in was easy with the instructions given to us. Host was responsive and really nice when asked about anything. We definitely will book this place again in the near future. We also recommend to any other traveler this place to stay at during their visit in Cebu.

The apartment was exactly as Dominik described it. The German standard was definitely there, I didn't miss anything. The view from the balcony is unparalleled, especially the sunset. Messages and inquiries (e.g. new gallon for the water dispenser) were repaired within minutes to a few hours. The co-Host took care of the inquiries by the next day at the latest. Last but not least, the offers from the resort are recommended, especially for children (pools & beach). Full use of the resort is not included in the booking price, BUT Dominik offers a discount for use of the resort, and you may also receive a very, very high discount. The location of the Resprt is also ideal for self-catering. The supermarket can be reached in a few minutes by car (Grab, car or scooter). We highly recommend the host Dominik and also the co-host Bernd!

Lee’s place was spectacular. We had an amazing stay here. It was right around the corner to everything. The place was clean and everything was just right. I love how there was washer and dryer, enough towels, comfortable bed and very comfortable sofa that we probable slept pn most of the days 😂. A Perfect Stay in Mandaue! I had an incredible stay at this beautifully maintained condo. The space was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and the washer and dryer were convenient. Taking out the trash was easy and nearby. And security was friendly and very helpful. The condo’s location is unbeatable—close to the malls and restaurants. The balcony, seaside view, pool, gym, and secure parking made the stay even more enjoyable. Mary was a great host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. She provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Mandaue or Cebu City. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!

Tarich is very responsible and proactive with her communications. She is quick to respond when something needs to be done or fixed. I rented her place for 15 days, but sadly, the air conditioner of one of the two-bedroom units broke on the last three days of our trip—good thing we were out of town for two of those three days. The place is cozy and clean. However, the towels and linens were too strongly scented. Also, prepare to buy your own toilet paper. The place looks exactly like the pictures, but I wish there were a closet in the master bedroom where you could hang your clothes. The wooden decoration takes up a lot of space! Overall, the place is a bit pricey, but it is worth it. Tarich unit is at the end of the hallway, with easy access to the emergency stairs and rooftop.

The place is spacious and perfect for a family staycation. We loved the ambiance and aesthetic of the place, making it ideal for both family and barkada trips. We truly felt at home. Plus, the host was always responsive, no matter the time.

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

It was a great place to stay. The house was big and spacious. they kept it clean as well. The neighbourhood was quit and walkable. it was refreshing for me and my family to go for swimming, bicycling & walking inside the subdivision. we were able to go to the nearby beaches with just one ride from the door as we called the guardhouse and they send the local three-wheeler to the house door. the host was quik to response and very friendly. in one word it was a wonderful experience staying here and we will definitely comeback again.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

Ikigai is the best place ever. We had a very pleasant experience during our stay. The onsite staff was very accommodating. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The views from the balconies are absolutely stunning. If you need a place to get away from it all with an amazing view, this is the place for you. Loved everything about this stay!

We've bsen a clienf/guests of Sir Rex place for about 8yrs now. Almost every year we rented his place (he has various of property to choose). Just a perfect avenue for family get together. The place is so spacious. So loving it. Thank you for having this kind of space for us to bond with our family.

Had a wonderful stay! We stayed for one month the place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and the caretaker was very friendly, but wanted to mention that the bathroom faucet, and shower heads weren’t working properly when we arrived. We took the time to clean them ourselves, which helped improve the water flow but overall the place was great and specially the security is 24/7.

My stay at Raquel’s place was amazing. Marisol was helpful in everything I need. It was a great experience. My favorite part is kids friendly.

The unit at Saekyung Sir Jonathan's place exceeded our expectations, and its beauty shone through when we saw it firsthand. The amenities were all useful, particularly the washer and hair dryer. Although I couldn't figure out how to adjust the hot shower, haha! The pool-front view was stunning, and we were reluctant to leave. We'd love to return and hope we'll be welcomed back again.🥰🥰♥️♥️😍

Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.

Very safe place lots of security around at all times. Very clean and only 5-15 mins from most of the malls

It such a shame that I found Nathan’s Condo at the last week of my stay I would have happily stayed longer. The condo feels like at home for me. The bedding and furnishings are well laid out that the condo being a studio size still is giving ample comfortable space. The complete sets of good quality and necessary kitchen cooking appliances and utensils is something I really appreciated so much. I must also mention the quality of bedding sheets and towels are top 5 star. The location itself I must honestly say, although walking distance and close to IT Park and Ayala was for me a bit of a challenge but it didn’t take long for me to adjust. It’s easy to catch a taxi when I don’t feel like walking. Lastly, the view is magnificent from the condo and rooftop bar and restaurant was a bonus as I enjoy places like that. I brought some friends up there and got some photos to show off Anyway, definitely recommend Nathan’s Condo and I certainly would stay there again.
