Definitely an Airbnb worth spending time in! Tony is really responsive and accommodating, helping with operation of the amenities and going out of his way to improve our experience. It's a great space to stay for a good few days so you can enjoy where you stay and cyprus altogether!

Mr. Kivanc was caring and helpful. We had issues with the cleanliness of the house, but when we gave him this feedback, he said he would take care of it to fix it.

I provided an easy check-in. The sheets, towels, bathroom and other items in the house were very clean. I had no problems at home. Thanks to its location, I was able to go everywhere very comfortably. The fact that there was a parking lot did not cause any parking problems. The place is wonderful, very nice hosts. The apartment is definitely worth its money. We had problems with hot water, but the owner helped to solve them quickly. The only disadvantage is that the lights were turned off several times and it was impossible to work. If you work, it is better to buy a local SIM card (not sold nearby - only in cities and on weekdays). It is definitely necessary to rent a car, even to buy food. There is a shop and a pharmacy nearby, but the prices are much higher than in the city, and the choice is smaller. The beach is rocky, when the waves are, it is better not to swim. There are several nice swimming pools on the property. A wonderful beach (Alagadi) is 10-15 minutes away by car. We went there every weekend, it's very nice there. We experienced good communication with Stefan before and throughout our stay. We loved the apartment, especially the view from the rooftop terrace. However, the view from the living room terrace was a bit interfered by a newly (still empty) established construction site. The place was cosy and well-equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning was very efficient which we appreciated due to the warm weather. The nearby restaurant served excellent food, and the gym/spa facilities were great. We did struggle a bit with commuting between the Turkish and Greek parts of the island in a rented car, but that was due to our lack of preparation😄

A HUGE thank you to Pavel for an amazing stay. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The resort was perfect for a family with lots to do. We enjoyed taking the SUP on the crystal clear sea and going for a morning swim. The kids loved the water slides, play areas and other activities. The apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect for 3 adults and 2 children and had a lovely view of the sea. It was very well located in the resort to get to the pool, water slides and beach. Pavel gave great recommendations on airport shuttles, taxi and car rental companies which really helped a lot. He was extremely helpful and a great communicator. We plan to be back next year.

A real home from home. The apartment had three bedrooms but we only used one so fabulous having plenty of space. We felt really at home, with everything we needed and more. We fully appreciated the touches especially the welcome pack.

A spacious apartment, ideal for a family. Three large bedrooms and big living area. The pool is just outside and is a good size. There is a supermarket at the entrance to complex but you really need a car to explore the island.

I was very comfortable in this house where I stayed with my family for a week. The location is really nice. Since it is already in the hotel, you can use all the facilities. This was a great comfort. The hotel is a place that deserves the price I rented. The hotel is very nice. We swam and had fun in the 4000 square meter pool. The restaurants are also affordable, not very expensive. We ate there. It is close in terms of transportation. It is easy to get everywhere by car. The only problem is the mosquitoes, but that is not the host's fault. If I go again I am very pleased that I can definitely choose it. Of course, the house had some shortcomings, but it was not an intolerable shortcoming. The house is very comfortable, all the details were considered. Microwave oven, iron, washing machine, materials were also provided. I was very pleased. The linens need to be reworked and washed. I don't think so. Everything else was perfect. The host also helped with the check-in by detailing it very well. We had a nice holiday. Thank you very much.

The villa is in a perfect location with everything and its view and neighborhood gives peace

As soon as we entered the house, a chili greeted us with my husband. We pulled the seats to catch him and the whole place is very runway. However, you also get 150 Euros and cleaning money, but I think it doesn't. There's a lot of broken space in the house.

The house was beyond perfect, 20 minutes from the quiet traffic and chaos away from the center, but it was also close to the neighborhoods with grocery stores and beautiful restaurants, so you can choose this place if you want nature and sea silence.

Recommend to all who will be staying. Kitchen equipment, iron, hair dryer, clothes dryer, every need was considered. The surrounding grocery stores were very adequate and affordable. There was even an indoor pool and a fitness room. It was a hotel-quality stay experience. We are very satisfied. We will be back as soon as possible.

We had a wonderful stay at Stian’s villa! The house is spacious, clean, and very well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. The highlight for us was definitely the private pool—it’s beautifully maintained and surrounded by peaceful nature, making it perfect for both relaxing and enjoying the sun in privacy. The location felt very safe and quiet, yet it was still close enough to explore the nearby area easily. The villa had everything we needed, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. Stian was a great host—very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was smooth and respectful, and we felt genuinely welcomed. We’d absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a calm and comfortable stay, and we’re already hoping to come back in the future!

Lovely place, really clean and well furnished. Local area is great, Gillhams for food and wine is a must.
