This stay was absolutely beautiful. You can tell how much love and passion was put into crafting this place, as it shows in every single detail. The house is brand new, which is great because everything is spotless. I felt like I was staying in a designer boutique Hilton property. Not to mention the sunset views… omg. The owner/host is SO responsive and truly cares about you having a great stay. Her knowledge and connections on the island made our trip. Not only that, but the price is a STEAL for what you’re getting. Overall, this is a MUST stay if you’re in Caye Caulker. I will absolutely be back. Excellent stay - would come back in a heart beat. The house is more beautiful than the photos. House was clean and well stocked. The outdoor space was amazing. The pool is wonderful, and the grounds are gorgeous. A few caveats - they recommend you do not swim from the dock because of risk of crocodiles. Not that they could control this- but wished I had known. The concierge service made me think I would have quick access to help- it’s much slower and required a few attempts to get help. For a return trip it’s a bit tricky to get back. You will need to arrange a return taxi on your own A few tips- el Ben is next door and has good food and drinks Bliss beach is excellent and worth the ride The mosquitos come out to feed in the evening. The locals say they are athletic! Between 430-630 you want to be prepared. We used captain Amado who picked us up for an excellent snorkel tour. Had a dockside pickup

the place was ok if your not picky. the bedt thing ever is percy and his beautiful wife who take care of the place, they are both fantastic and very help full, they do everythingand above to make your holiday a fantasticexperience

Serene resort, very chill, clean and peaceful. If you like to be a bit removed from the action of the local village, this is a great spot. They have an excellent boat shuttle service that you can take to the village, super easy. If you want to walk to bars and restaurants, this is not the spot for you. On-site restaurant is Adequate and the local pizza Joint nearby is good.

Title: A Perfect Waterfront Getaway! I recently stayed at this beautiful waterfront condo and it exceeded all my expectations! The modern amenities made our stay incredibly comfortable, and the multiple pools overlooking the beach and ocean were absolutely heavenly. The resort features two fantastic restaurant options, both offering delicious meals with stunning views. We also indulged in the spa facilities, which were top-notch, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day in the sun. The condo is impeccably maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of fresh towels provided. Additionally, the transportation to and from the airport was seamlessly arranged, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape. I can't wait to return!

Abel's place was amazing, my wife and I loved it. He took the time to help set us up with some local tours and restaurants through Belizians and all of his recommendations were great. I would stay here again and recommend anyone who wants to be a little off the beaten path to stay here too. The bikes he provided us made it so easy to get everywhere and the pool was a nice touch to hop in after a bike ride. We also had a fishing boat pick us up right at the dock in front of the property, you can't get any closer or easier than that!

Loved our stay. Can’t give enough compliments. Was the best condo at Blu Zen! Ocean front, nothing to the left, one of the 3 pools on the right, and close to the dock with the ferry to town. You won’t regret booking with Jay. He sent pages of information about condo and the area. The management on property meet us at the dock and was very helpful booking our snorkeling trip.

An amazing Family-Friendly Stay in Belize Our recent family vacation in Belize was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and welcoming onsite reception team, who were always ready to assist us with booking a variety of activities. The accommodations were comfortable and spacious, perfectly suited for families. The kids loved the swimming pool and the beautiful beach. We were able to book several exciting excursions through the reception, including snorkeling trips, jungle tours, and visits to ancient Mayan ruins. Each activity was well-organized and provided unforgettable experiences for our entire family. I cannot recommend Tina's home highly enough. From booking to checkout, the process was easy and seamless. The home is gorgeous and has everything you need and more. The view cannot be beat. The pool was refreshing after a day out snorkeling or into town or to Caye Caulker. Eva, the house manager, virtually acts as a personal concierge - seeing to everything you could possibly need at the house, tons of contacts for snorkeling, fishing, massages (at the dock) and restaurants. She met us as we docked and was available throughout our stay to ensure a wonderful visit to Belize. As noted in the description, the house is a 25-minute golf cart ride on, at times, an unpaved dirt road. It can be bumpy but overall it's definitely worth it. The beds were comfy, the A/C was a dream, and we cooked a few meals there and found everything we needed. We hated to leave but are grateful for the hospitality and beautiful place to visit. If you're considering a San Pedro visit, this is the place!

Barb is a fantastic host! I was really busy prior to the trip so I was not as responsive as I could have been but Barb kept proactively providing all the information she knew the group would need. All of her recommendations were great! The AirBnB matched the photos and there were no issues while we were there. The view from the AirBnB is fantastic and it's great to have a dock for fishing charters to pick you up from. The AirBnB is a bit far from the city center, but we knew that before booking it so that's not a complaint, just an observation for future renters. We would definitely stay here again!

The Tiki House is great! I stayed there with my husband and parents and we all loved it. Located on the quieter end of the island, it has a fantastic view of the bay. We enjoyed watching the sun set from the rooftop palapa, swam in the pool, and kayaked right off the property. It was walkable to lots of restaurants and bars, and Lili's daughter Nina gave us lots of recommendations and was very responsive to our questions during the stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Truly a perfect little home, so comfy!! We loved our last night in Belize in Carolyns home. We walked to get ice cream and pizza and slept so well in the comfy beds. Thank you again!

This house and the pool and the dock area are all wonderful. Very peaceful and was exactly what I was hoping it would be. My husband and I had the upstairs suite and my son and his girlfriend had the downstairs suite. There was plenty of space. The golf cart was a great add on. We toured into town and beyond a lot. The only negative was that it had rained a lot while we were there and it made the road very hard to drive. The 3 miles down the gravel to the pavement took us up to twenty minutes to drive. I seen on line that they fixed it the day after we left. Of course. We sat on the dock and watched the fish and stingrays. Pretty cool. We kayaked and fished as well. Everything we needed was there. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone wanting a beautiful home with an amazing view.

Definitely a beautiful location, we had a group of 5 women and everyone had their own space. It’s exactly like the pictures describe. Things to note: there’s not much to do in San Pedro but the restaurants are amazing. The location is further out BUT there are treats around it

When we first arrived, we had been in the jungle area of Cayo for several days. San Pedro felt hectic and busy - like the Brooklyn of Belize. But Capt. Robby’s place is magical. It’s just far enough from the hustle and bustle to really slow down and enjoy the gorgeous surroundings and what the island has to offer. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is utilitarian but so comfortable. We slept great every night in the darkened rooms. The rest of the time we were either outside on a boat tour with Thomas (we did two days of fishing and snorkeling, worth the trip alone), walking to the delicious and easy Tropical Escape restaurant, or watching the day unfold on the porch with their lovely dogs frolicking and the Caribbean Sea serving as a stunning backdrop. The family lives upstairs and were gracious and welcoming. There are there if needed, but not intrusive in any way. We plan to come back again and again. Rent a golf cart so you can get around - though you won’t want to leave.

The staff at Diamante were excellent. Text communication prior to check in, transport to and from the airport, staff was working the property day and night by cleaning the pool and hot tub, gardening, and security on property at night. The service was excellent and easy. The location of the property is right on the beach, and next door to best restaurants, docks, Central Park, and piers used by the tour companies. Would highly recommend it!

Highly recommend! The place is super cozy and right on the beach in downtown San Pedro. If you’re diving, dive with Amigos Del Mar as they are only steps away from the house and were great. We had a small issue with hot water one night and Dora reached out to the plumber to get it fixed within the hour. Met the housekeeper too, she was SO lovely! Great place to stay!

Our family of five spent three nights at Emily's place and it was fantastic! Plenty of space, dishes and towels. It was very clean and the view of the ocean, pool and dock were so beautiful. We were met by the manager who made drinks for us and showed us around the place. It is a fun golf cart ride into town which takes about 20-25 minutes and there is so much to see along the way. Emily recommended great restaurants and grocery stores as well as people to take us on snorkeling and fishing tours. I cannot say enough good things about Emily's place. We will stay there again the next time we go to San Pedro for sure!

Stayed in the penthouse, what a fantastic spot. Gorgeous views of the ocean and sunrise. Clean room with the kitchen space.

This condo was absolutely beautiful!!!! We loved our stay in the Sunset Caribe! Mariah is theeee best hostess evvvvveeerrr!! She responds so fast, solves the issues that are brought to her attention and gives recommendations of things to do. The instructions guide she listed was amazing and sooo helpful! I’m truly happy I found this place on Airbnb. It was awesome! Mariah gets 10’s across the board!!!!

This condo was beautiful & had everything we needed. The beach was peaceful and private. The condo is about 20 minutes out of town by golf cart, so it was really nice having our own cart rental for our stay. There are some really nice restaurants nearby and Belize Pro Dive Shop will pick up on the nearest dock, which was really nice. Some other companies would not go that far south for pickup. We are from a mountain state and left some cookies out which attracted some sugar ants in the kitchen, so keep food in closed containers/bags or in the fridge. This area has more permanent residents, so it is very peaceful. If you want more of a night life scene (which we didn't) or don't want to rent a golf cart, I'd suggest staying closer to the center of town. There is a bar (Stax) right across the street. It was nice having a food option right there. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed this spot!

This is our 3rd time staying here and we will come back again and again! It's a great central location, very spacious and comfortable room, directly across from our dive shop, and very clean. The hosts are fantastic! There's 6 units they rent out in this beachfront property. we usually rent 3 and bring our adult kids for an amazing family fun vacation!
