Hosts are very responsive with my inquiries. Ms Lourdes and Sir Norman are also nice and approachable. They have welcomed us and explain the different facilities and wereabouts. They also gave us some sulit tips about the foods :) They even assisted us in the Beach Club. The room is spacious and clean. Kitchen is complete with utensils and cookingwares. They even provided free 5 gallons of water. We are very satisfied with this booking and looking forward to be able to return again in the future. Will definitely recommend this with friends and relatives. Thank you so much po! :)

this is the second room we rented and our 2 booking. first booked last 2023. love the location. BF is a community with in a bigger BF community. very close to Catholic Church, Starbucks and Puregold. very close and reachable via tricycle to 2 SM at each entry along Sucat. where else can you find a place with such location.

Overall, we had a great stay. Staff are very accommodating and kind. We love the place, the landscape of the house. and. the greenery view. The garden was perfect for any events. the downside, the host is not responsive at all. When we arrived, i think hindi po sila aware na may mag overnight that day. meron pa dw po naka check in. kaya medyo kinabahan po kmi, kc they need to double check their bookings. All in all, we’ll definitely come back. Thank you so much

Sleep with the sound of insects, and wake up with the sound of singing birds. This is a perfect getaway if you're looking to just relax. The unit is very clean and smells good. I really like that their cooking utensils are complete (though I did not need all of them, still the more the better) :) There are different pools and the kids definitely enjoyed them! There is a pool with sand, which my babies enjoyed a lot. The host is very responsive and always sends messages from time to time. There was a misunderstanding with the pool management but they were such great hosts that they managed it professionally and this by far is the greatest customer service I've received in airbnb. Keep it up! :)

Hihgly Recommended

The place is nice and cozy. It smells good when you enter, which makes you feel relaxed. The view of Taal is breathtaking, especially from the balcony. The room is clean and peaceful. The host is not that responsive but will surely answer your questions well. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would love to come back.

I think this is a great place to stay. The host is always quick to respond and explain correctly. Beautiful swimming pool facilities and amenities are also provided around. If I have a chance to stay again next time, I will definitely stay again.

Host was very responsive with all my questions and was very accomadating with our needs. Place was exactly as shown on picture. Besides the actually place, the rooftop view was amazing, tons of restaurants just walking distance, and tons of activities to do. There's also a nearby fishball stand at night which made the stay even better.

It's a nice place, and I recommend it to my family and friends. The Host is very kind.

Accommodating host, cozy place to stay! We booked Allen’s place on a short notice; hours away from check-in. He responded quickly to my inquiries and made sure we’re well-informed about the place upon check-in. His place is clean and relatively new. It has common kitchen utensils, basic small appliances and toiletries. You don’t have to go out when you ran out of snacks because they have a little honesty store which sells food and drinks at a reasonable price. TV has cable and internet connection is stable; we were able to work comfortably! :)

Great place, great ambiance and very private. Had few issues before check-in due to the previous guest but was immediately resolved. Very responsive host and checks up on you from time to time. Will definitely consider going back.

I have chosen your place because it is the nearest nicest place from my house. Not much amenities from the area like a pool or gym since the area is still under improvement/construction but still enough to just sleep and relax. Near stores and malls. The place is very comfy, feels like home! Highly recommended! Will definitely book again! :)

Highly recommended place! The house itself, the location, the host, etc, makes this places an A+ place to stay! If I can only give a more than perfect rating, I would. House was well kept, has everything you need either for an overnight or multiple-day’s stay. The entire village was very nice and youll feel safe even if you go out for a walk. The host was very easy to talk to, very flexible, and accommodating. They are very responsive as well. Ms Rose, the caretaker, was very nice to talk to as well. She very easy to reach out to if you need help.

We did not even almost use the 2nd floor which has 2 big rooms, sofa, toilet and a balcony. A parking space that suitable for 3 cars, secured area. A quite and serene ambiance with mini balcony on the 2nd floor and a peaceful neighborhood. Amenities were great, my family enjoyed the stay. There is a sari-sari store in the corner for petty purchases and SM Savemore nearby. Highly recommended!
