Shaayna’s place was super clean which is something 100% important! Clean bathroom and tub/shower! Clean appliances! It’s located in a very peaceful area! Check in is pretty easy and WiFi is great! You’ll love it here!

It was a cute, quiet little first house. The beds were pretty comfortable and it had everything we needed.

Had a lovely stay in Faye’s quiet, peaceful, and clean guesthouse. Great location not far from the Echo Canyon trailhead.

We had an incredible stay with Christina and Erik in Phoenix and they were both such great hosts. The guest house is beautifully updated, spotless, and offers a stunning view of the backyard and surrounding mountains. My son especially enjoyed watching the horses and chickens right from our window, and we loved how peaceful and private everything felt—despite being just a 10-minute drive from the city. We’ll absolutely be staying here again when we’re back in the area!

This will b my go to place when traveling thru Az. I have even recommended it to locals for their wknd stays. :) Great hosts!!! They give you your privacy but are there when u need to communicate. The home was very clean and comfortable. Had no problems at all finding the place. Area was very quiet and private also. Would absolutely stay again if needed!

Luis has such a cute, cozy, comfortable, clean and quiet place. I needed a place to stay for a couple of days while my floors were getting installed. The decor and colors were so warm & lovely and the location was convenient. The studio has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Great staycation for me. I'll definitely stay there again and recommend to out of town guests.

Such a cool little spot! The shipping container is nice and comfy for one person (two if you like to be close!). Small touches like coffee and porch lights are very appreciated. I felt very secure being in the gated property, especially because I’m doing a big road trip with a lot of personal items in my vehicle. Not tricky to find if you follow the great instructions given! Hosts are very responsive. I accidentally left a personal item behind, and they proactively reached out to return it to me and I so appreciated that kindness.

To whomever reads this…please don’t second guess this location! BOOK IT! Pictures don’t even do this place justice. He reallyyyy put his all into this cute & cozy space. I truly did not want to leave. I traveled solo & it was the perfect size. It’s even super romantic for couples in my opinion. Also, I took a shower outside…LIITTT! One of the best experiences. I felt so safe staying here. Super comfortable. It was so clean & organized. He has everything you’ll need there, especially in the kitchen! I didn’t utilize it cause I was on the run most of my trip but you name it, he had it! He was an amazing host. He communicated with me, very respectful, very nice, fast response time, he even checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable & I appreciate that sooo much! Greg! Arizona hasn’t seen the last of me, when…yes…WHEN I come back…I will be staying with you again!! Thank you for making my birthday trip one to remember! (I also took some great selfies in this room)

Eric was super responsive and helpful in every way ! Would def return! Easy to get to downtown phoenix and we did Scottsdale one day super easy with uber!

The place is so cosy and nice, the price couldn’t be any better and you’re only 5 minutes away from downtown Phoenix!!

Bradley’s place was perfect! I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the real plants, coffee station, and bathroom toiletries. It was peaceful, comfortable, and felt just like home. The private entrance with an enclosed gate was an added bonus and made the space feel extra safe. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Phoenix. I highly recommend!!!

This was my second stay at Grayson's. It is conveniently located. It is comfortable. I love having the kitchen, fridge and microwave. It is a great place.

My extended stay (~11days) at this Casita was relaxing and quiet. Just the right size for a bachelor like me, or a couple traveling to Phoenix alone to visit some family or explore. The space is small, but not tiny. There’s plenty of room to spread out, but not enough to clutter. You will run into rental neighbors in the main house, mine all left me alone, and rarely used the communal outdoor spaces. I’ll definitely look at renting this Casita again if/when visiting the Phoenix area again.

Heather is such a gracious host! I was in a wedding the day we were checking in. She allowed us to check in early, which helped in so many ways. We also ended up being walking distance from the venue which made that day so much easier (Superstition Manor). Her guesthouse has everything you could need and feels so private.

Amanda is a fantastic host and has a beautiful casita. Very clean, well taken care of a cozy with gorgeous views! Highly recommend this airbnb to anyone traveling to the cave creek area!

What a beautiful place! Off street parking in a gated driveway made us feel quite secure. Everything was very clean. So thoughtful to leave keurig cups, sweeteners and flavored creams for the guest! Ten minutes drive to the airport. Walkable to downtown. Our hosts always responded quickly to any questions and were very considerate. And the apartment looked like a picture from a decorator magazine. We definitely recommend these hosts and this apartment

I have stayed at Donna’s listing more than a few times- it’s one of my favorite places to stay! Great location, value, amenities and extremely comfortable and organized. I can’t wait to stay again!

Everything was excellent! We used to live in the area and know that this location is best to have ready access to everything. The traffic is never bad, compared to other areas in the valley. Our dog and their dog were in love, so that was adorable and gave our pup something to enjoy each day. The homeowners were so friendly, but will give you your space if that's what you prefer. We would highly recommend staying here. We would definitely stay here again!

Great little space! It had everything we needed including a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a very comfortable living space. We didn't have a car, and there were a few local spots, but we felt like we need Uber/Waymo for most of what we wanted to do. That being said, the location was easy to find and very accessible to both but Waymo specifically. We felt very safe in the neighborhood even when we came home late. The host was very communicative and the place was very clean and presentable!
