We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is fantastic—right next to Vincom Center and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable few days. The city view from the living room was a highlight, especially at night. It’s a great place for 3-4 people, and the location made it easy to get around the city. Would definitely stay again.

I had an amazing stay here! The building exceeded my expectations - its luxurious feel made me forget I was in a condo, not a hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the lovely scent at the entrance was a nice touch. Getting around was effortless, and foodies will love the abundance of street food options nearby. Plus, it was surprisingly quick to reach some fantastic restaurants. The pools were stunning, showcasing the architect's attention to detail. But what truly made my stay special was the host's exceptional hospitality. Their fast responses and helpfulness made all the difference. 1층에 음식점들, 카페, 편의점들 있어 편리하고 위치도 좋습니다. 리모델링을해서 깨끗하고, 호스트의 의사소통도 빠르고 정확합니다. 체크아웃때 두고온 물건도 챙겨서 보내주는데 협조를 잘 해주었습니다. 다음 번 호치민 방문시 또 이용하고 싶습니다.

Justin’s apartment was the perfect place to stay in Saigon. Location is convenient and an easy Grab ride away to the tourist attractions. Lots of great restaurants close by and small convenience stores. The apartment is nicely furnished, modern, clean, and very comfortable. Excellent AC. Nice view of the city lights at night. The hosts were quick to respond and flexible with check-in/checkout. Highly recommend staying here!

Good location, many things to do like golf, go-kart, restaurants....good relax

location is great. room is good. wasn't clear on how to check out since Hao stopped responding on checkout day. some things to consider... shower drain clogs very quickly, so your showers need to be very short. bed is old, so middle is sunken in. if you're on one side or the other, you'll roll into the center. otherwise, a good place to stay

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

premier contact fut incroyable, avec elle et sa famille. Nous sommes restés, Mon fils et moi, quatre nuits, et avons éprouvé de la tristesse de partir. Bill, leur fils de 12 ans est incroyablement intelligent, cultivé et parlant un anglais courant. C’était très touchant de discuter avec lui sur beaucoup de sujets. Nous avons été invités à dîner un soir avec Mme Ly et sa famille, et le dernier jour elle nous a convié un délicieux petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont impeccable, la salle de bain est très propre, il y a la climatisation et la ventilation. C’est très calme et tout est simple avec elle, dans sa belle maison . Vraiment je recommence cet endroit. vous y vous sentirez comme chez vous. Si j’avais pu rester comme certaines personnes plus de temps, je l’aurais fait avec grand plaisir. Madams Ly nous a aussi donné beaucoup de bons conseils de visites . Si vous cherchez un endroit calme où dormir plusieurs nuits chez une formidable famille, vous vous sentir comme chez vous.

The apartment was very clean with a lot of supplies. Easy and seamless check in and fantastic communication with the host. The staff on site was also very kind and helpful. The apartment is in a newly developed area with spas cafes and restaurants just downstairs. Amazing views of the bridge and river and very close to district one.

This place is awesome for families. Great facility, excellent location and even though it’s inside the busiest neighborhood it is super quiet once you enter into the complex. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to Stay in Saigon

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

This was our second time staying with this host and we couldn’t be happier. The check-in process was seamless & the host was extremely responsive. The place was spotless, the building security staff were very friendly—something you don’t experience at other locations. It’s also very close to all the amenities we needed. What truly stood out during this visit was the level of safety. My wife accidentally left her expensive bag which contained passports, a large amount of cash & real gold jewelry. The value was close to $20000 AUD. We immediately contacted the host & and within minutes the bag was returned to us with everything intact. We are incredibly grateful for this experience. A massive thank you from both of us🙏 We look forward to our next stay with you.
