Ha's place has a great value. I would like to stay at her flat if I have a chance to come to Hanoi again.

I stayed at this place for about 17 days. The accommodation was clean and the host was friendly. Access to the city center is also very good. I want to stay again.

We loved our stay here! It was so great we ended up extending!! Super clean and comfortable, love the layout of the space. The housekeeping lady is absolutely lovely, so friendly and sweet. Good location - super walkable to some nice cafes and beautiful restaurants. But also quiet and tucked away from the chaos. We highly recommend Nam’s place! (Check out the Japanese restaurant downstairs beside the entry, you won’t be disappointed!)

We had a great stay for over 5 months at this place. The housekeeping service is amazing, the host is very responsive, and the place is nice.

I really liked this place. Perfect in the host's kind and clean room. The special kitchen and everything else were so clean as if they were new, so I felt better when I cooked! And the bathroom was really clean. It was clean without a single mold mark, and I felt much better as soon as I entered because it smelled good. The bedding was fluffy without a single speck of dust, so I had a good night's sleep. I appreciate you running such a good accommodation! I'll use it often next time I visit Hanoi. I'll see you next time 🥰

I had a good rest before heading out.

The apartment feels and spacious, rarely two large suites and toilets.Ideal for families or friends to live together. There are also restaurants to choose from around three supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient.

The H501 room needs to replace the shower faucet as it was broken, the TV wouldn't open either. But overall everything is very nice and works for me. The price doesn't need a table anymore, it's above and beyond. Just small alley, it's hard for cars to turn around a bit if you have furniture.

Thanks Kim for everything. See you again on the next opportunity. This is a spacious room at the top of a big luxury house. Private balcony for at least get a fresh air. It has a bathroom immediately outside the room but nobody use it so it’s almost “private”. You can use the full equipment kitchen at the first floor and the spacious living room if you need to receive someone. There are many local places around to eat, if you are well familiar with culture & Vietnamese food. I found Phở in a near alley crossing the street. Getting thru different alleys you can get to a local market or find other streets with plainly places to eat local. There are severals nearby bus stops to/from the center or to/from the airport. Bus transportation system in Hanoi is very effective and I frequently use it. Use goxglemap routing function to find out. It’s a great choice if you want to be outside the center but near enough. I used the washing machine another convenient thing.

Friendly host

I loved the spacious and independent room structure that was big enough for 4 couples to come. There was an elevator, so it was easy to move my luggage, and the room was tidy. The soundproofing was a bit of a shame, but it's a quiet alley at night, so it's not hard to sleep. I had a nice stay.

The apartment is very new, fully furnished, clean. Quick check in. Enthusiastic, friendly hosts. The building's value is easy to find, convenient transportation.

Great location. 25mins to airport. Room was spacious and can see the lake view from 4th floor.

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! We had such a relaxing time. Thanks! 😊

They guided me to the building I wanted, and I was so grateful that they answered everything right away. It was nice that they prepared it even though I requested it separately.

Just across the street is Miding, so the location is really good. First of all, the host is friendly and very responsive and accurate. The elevator is super fast. Very satisfied
