The room we stayed in was absuletuly great. Very spacious, rustic, huge balcony with a street view. The staff were 10 stars, most of them have an excellent English and they are very caring. They helped us organising our trip to Ha Lonh Bay and gave all the touristic tips about Hanoi. We really love it and certainly recommend it.

Pros: Good location (Hoan Kiem, beer street, night market are all close), clean room, friendly staff, hot water good, air conditioning cool Cons: The toilet drainage is not good, the breakfast is rather poor, so it is not eaten until two days, and the dryer outlet is not plugged in, but I'm not asking you to fix it because it's annoying. We were anxious because there were no reviews on Airbnb but we had no issues at all with our stay at all. It was very clean and the staff were all Frandley. Not all rooms seem to have windows facing out, so it is recommended that you check in advance when booking. It is also recommended that you purchase a filterable shower head that is trending in Korea. I took a shower and the filter is brown (you know this is not a hotel issue, right?) thank you for all staffs!

The hospitality was amazing. Katie and Marshall ensured we had a memorable stay. They went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay, offered tips for local sightseeing, offered us vegetarian food in breakfast.

I don't need another word. It is a hotel heavily armed with enormous location and kindness from its staff. I'll stay here if I come back. Very kind. Everyone.

Tony is such a lovely person! Amazing with communication, we never had to wait longer then a few minutes for any correspondence. His staff were so kind and helpful! They have us tips and safety advice for exploring the local area. The location is so perfect! Right in the centre of the Old Quarter and in walking distance to everything. Unfortunately we were not able to complete our entire stay due to my partners work schedule, but Tony and his staff were more than accommodating.

I made a reservation in a hurry because I was double booked at another accommodation, and I was really comfortable and rested well because you checked in kindly and quickly. The location is great! It's a must-recommend for those who like local and cafes!

Our stay at Mme Binh's place was just lovely. She welcomed us as friends and we have rarely seen her without a smile. The room was very neat and homely, the roof terrace simply blissful and we were allowed to use the washing machine all the time, which was sometimes nice after a long time of traveling. Our children were through the madness, as there were hugs and some extra toys, we were happy with the arrival, the pleasant contact with the hostess (no question was too much for her, her enthusiasm seems to be able to change every sour plum into a cheerful pear) and the very nice neighborhood. Really very satisfied with our stay! If we are in Hanoi again, we will come back here with great pleasure!

Great for a few days. 30 mins to the airport. Room was accurate to the photos, hot water, nice towels and very clean. Friendly staff.

I had an amazing stay! The room is very comfortable and tidy, and they make sure to keep it that way by cleaning it daily (during the time the room is empty). The location is very convenient as it is surrounded by many cafes, restaurants, bakeries, shops, pubs, etc. I also found a close money exchange store near by (with really cheap exchange rates!!) The staff is really friendly and did amazingly well at making my stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you very much for contributing to this great travel experience!

Highly recommend! The hotel is in a very charming French style building, and it is located in one of the best areas of West Lake. The room was spacious and had everything you'll need, including a kitchen, a large bathroom, sofa, work desk, and several windows that allow for a lot of natural light. The host was super helpful and very responsive to our needs. Will stay again if we're ever in Hanoi again in the future!

First and foremost, Cindy is a great host. For those of you who primarily speak English it’ll be comforting to know she’s pretty fluent. That and she’s really friendly and helpful. Aside from that this isn’t the Ritz but it’s a solid and clean accommodation. It’s a great value for what you’re paying. The property is located in a great area close to West Lake and walkable to lake side which has many nice restaurants, coffee shops and vintage shops if you’re into that. Very nice and cozy place to stay if you want a good rest and great installations. Keep in mind that it is 15 minutes away from the Old Quarter but it is accessible by Grab or public transit. I would 100% recommend his place!
