A great house to stay in for a few days. It's warm and clean, and you can tell it's well-maintained. The bed is comfortable and soft, and the plumbing is new. There's also space to park a pickup truck.

Everything was perfect, the stay was pleasant, Carlos and his family were attentive to our needs. I forget a watch, Carlos put it away until I was able to remove it

Excellent stay. The beautiful and peaceful area. I highlight María Fernanda's attention, super responsive and pleasant. As an additional comment for those who plan to rent and are not safe by the "distance", getting to the center from the property is quick via taxi, on 2/14/2024 (usd blue = 1120), transportation cost us approximately 2500 per stretch, much cheaper than renting a vehicle. I want to start by mentioning and highlighting the service received, by Gustavo but even more by his Father, Neri!!! always very attentive to everything, whatever was within his reach and what wasn't too, really 10 points. The apartment is ideal for 2 people, well-equipped, extremely clean, in a quiet location and a few blocks from downtown. Also worth noting is that it has a covered and secure garage.

Very clean accommodation. The host is very friendly, present on site to give the keys. Accommodation in front of a large grocery store, everything you need to make food. The air conditioning was welcome because it was very hot. Highly recommended.

It is a beautiful place to rest as a family, the house has access to a river that is 70 meters away. We found the peace we were looking for. Marcela and her husband are very helpful and kind.

The place was wonderful! The pool was pristine and perfect for the hot weather. the galleria / outdoor BBQ area was amazing to chill. although the property is in the midst of a small neighborhood it is very private with vegetation all around the backyard. the casita is small and cozy (as shown in photos) but the ample outdoor space makes up for it. very nice hospitality touches and great host communication.

It was a very pleasant stay. A great location. I highly recommend it.
