La casa está en el la ladera de una colina, frente al lago Huillinco. Antes de internarse en el bosque apreciarás una espectacular panorámica del lago. Al estar construida al medio del bosque, la casa te otorga una absoluta privacidad. Podrás disfrutar de la flora y fauna nativa del lugar. Además, el segundo piso cuenta con un techo de vidrio localizado sobre la cama que permite observar las estrellas. El agua potable, libre de metales, proviene de una vertiente. Palafito (construcción tradicional de Chiloé), restaurado y transformado en 3 departamentos independientes, para 4-5 personas cada uno. Ubicado a la entrada norte de la ciudad de Castro. Emplazado en barrio patrimonial. Este palafito es el principal de los 3, el cual cuenta con una hermosa y amplia terraza para disfrutar de las mareas chilotas y de las aves. Ubicado junto a calles de tráfico constante, durante el día y la noche. Es importante considerar, para personas de sueño ligero.
