There are two main double rooms and capacity for 6 people using the sofa bed in the living room. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and the entire apartment has been decorated by a designer making your home in Madrid. Amenities: TV, Wifi , Central Heating, Air Conditioning in living room, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave , Owen and Washing machine We will arrange the check in time depending on your arrival time. It is normally from 3pm but we will do our best to have the apartment ready for you ASAP. Anything you need during your stay, feel free to contact us! The Latina is one of the city's most atmospheric neighbourhoods in the centre of Madrid. There are quite a few nightlife spots, though the area is best known as having the best concentrations of tapas bars. Sometimes referred to as El Madrid de los Austrias, La Latina occupies the oldest area in Madrid, the Islamic citadel inside the city walls, which maintains a peculiar urban layout similar to the medieval distribution with narrow streets and large squares. Ideally located for public transport. Many transport services are a few minutes walking (metro, bus, taxi, bicycle for rent (Bicimad), rental car). Also there is a parking very close in Plaza de la Cebada for those who brings their own car. The main bedroom is on the second floor, which it has total independency.

Metro station "la latina" which is located only 150 meter from the apartment, will take you every where you need to get to in the city. apart of it there are bus stations right next to the apartment. Open tall wooden shutters and let morning light stream into a room with exposed timber framing and whitewashed brick walls reaching to high ceilings. Have breakfast in a cheerful open space at a sunny table in front of an elegant fireplace. I have several apartments in Madrid, but this is the latest one I have decorated, paying close attention to detail. I have truly tried to make it as comfortable as possible for my guests. It has lots of light and it's beautiful. If one were to read my reviews they would notice that I care a lot for my guests, I am always readily available, and I try my best to make them feel at home when they are in Madrid. You will have the whole apartment. We will be there in person to meet you, and give you the keys. After you book, I give you my number and you can text or call if needed. The apartment is in Chueca, one of the nicest and trendiest neighborhoods in Madrid. Walk to the main street, Gran Via. It's near the Prado, Puerta del Sol and Parque del Retiro. It's surrounded by wonderful places to have tapas and a glass of wine. We are about a block away from the Gran Via, you can walk everywhere, but we also have metro stations and buss stops nearby. If you are coming with a car, there is a Public Parking Garage about 2 minutes walking from the apartment.

A few meters from Madrid's famous 'vertebra' (subway line), the apartment is within walking distance of many of the capital's cultural and leisure attractions. The best way to get to the apartment from the airport is by taxi. You can also get there by taking the subway. You should get off at the Gran Via or Callao stop.

I had a wonderful stay at Fernando’s apartment and felt well taken care of throughout. Communication was smooth, and everything was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a comfortable experience. The apartment was clean, cozy, and tastefully furnished. The beds were very comfortable, and the furniture added a warm and welcoming touch to the space. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the location — the neighborhood was central but felt very safe. The building also had secure access, which gave me peace of mind during my entire stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and secure place to stay in Madrid!

Extremely good location in the La Latina district, close to so much that we wanted to see. Grabbing a quick coffee or breakfast in the am, literally around the corner. The street is just private enough, that you don’t feel in the middle of the hustle and bustle, mornings on the balcony with a coffee and hearing the birds chirping, was great.

Beautiful accommodation, the apartment has everything, it is super functional and beautiful. The area already knew it and it is super good because it is close to everything and the metro is at the door of the depto. The only thing I have to say is that the keys were held by a business that closed from 15 to 17.30 hs and I arrived at 15 in Madrid, so I called and they assigned me another place 30 min walking, this cannot be. This means after the trip to walk around Madrid with your bags or pay for the subway. The other alternative they gave me was to wait two and a half hours outside, things that can't be because I was losing all afternoon. At this very bad point, and they said it was not their responsibility, that if it is because they should look for another option as a safe and another. I'm not going down points because the apartment doesn't deserve to have less than 5 stars. So we were happy despite the initial stumbling. We'll be back!
