Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. Nice apartment in the middle of the historic center near Plaza de sant Marcelo where there is also an underground parking garage which is reasonably affordable. (18 euros per 24 hours)

Agustín and Nuria were very welcoming hosts, providing us with all the details of the house and the surrounding area. We’d love to return and relive this special stay.

Ernesto is great, and the stay was incredible, a good place to disconnect. Yes, it's true that the position was a little dirty but great, I don't know if the treatment plant would work or something. But amazing🫶

We loved the house. To access you have to travel a dirt track that in some stretches is somewhat narrow, but it is well circulated. The area is super quiet, ideal to disconnect, and the house, although small, is cozy and perfect for two people. We loved the silence, the view from the patio and how beautiful the house in general is (even more than in photos). Even with rain all weekend, it was a beautiful experience.

Incredible location and a great apartment! Pedro made sure we had all of the amenities we would need in the apartment, and the location couldn’t have been better!

We had a wonderful stay at Oscar’s beautiful house. It’s in a perfect location right by the river, and the house is enormous, much bigger than we anticipated. The bonus was the huge garden which was perfect for relaxing on sunny mornings. Oscar was super communicative and flexible with us and we appreciated being able to bring our dogs. Her house was very beautiful and lovely. The location and cleanliness were perfect! We used the washing machine, and it always works fine. It was very convenient for me. 日本人の方へ こちらの宿はとても清潔でしたし、Olgaさんたちは大変親切でした。 もし滞在中の洗濯を考えていらっしゃるのであれば、洗濯機がきちんと機能するだけでなく、折りたたみ式の物干しなどもあり大変便利でした。

Best friends travel Spain. Our first destination was Madrid and Carmela has an opinion book where she has all the information you need and other guests contribute. We got to learn about all the great restaurants close by etc. highly recommend. I would stay here again.

We had a lovely two-week stay in Madrid, using this apartment as our home base. Located right on Plaza Mayor, with lovely views out the doors and from the balcony, this is a fabulous location. We were concerned about noise being a problem, but it really just showed the life in the Plaza and was quiet by midnight. We opted to eat off the plaza most meals, as there are better options and more affordable (less touristy). Easy to get to many parts of Madrid from this location, whether by walking, catching the train/subway, or getting a taxi. The apartment is very nicely appointed with a great kitchen and living room. Beds and bathrooms were nice too. We highly recommend this for families and groups visiting Madrid!

We were 4 adults and we were all completely satisfied with the accommodation and Julio Victor's treatment. Not only does it have everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is also very cozy and is in an excellent location with a subway station literally on the corner. Quite convenient. We loved the collection of books about Madrid and Spain, we were able to learn and take advantage of the visit thanks to it. Finally, I would like to highlight your attention as a host. Possibly the best in my years of AirBnB. He was attentive, kind, with prompt responses and even proactive in offering to store our luggage at his home the day we left. Recommended. Great apartment and nice pool area. Host was incredibly helpful and kind, allowing us to use to pool after check out. The only issue we had was that the WiFi wasn’t great, signal was often quite weak. Other than that it was fabulous!

Close enough to San Sebastián to drive in while giving you access to the beautiful scenery. Super helpful host gave us great recommendations. Would recommend!

wonderful place, cozy, they make you want to stay, clean and very well equipped facilities, perfect for rest and the host Gonzalo is very nice and attentive at all times, we would definitely come back.

Alberto is a great host, attentive at all times, very communicative, he has everything very well planned and explained. His house and the location is perfect to spend a few days with family or friends resting and relaxing in the middle of nature next to the San Juan reservoir with numerous activities of all kinds and ages to do. In short, we spent a few fantastic days relaxing as a family. The La Ermita restaurant near the house is wonderful and the service is very good. We will be back !

We had a great stay at Ruth's house! The house was tidy and had everything we needed! Ruth was very friendly and always willing to give us useful instructions about the house!

The house is beautiful, the pool is great and Frank is very kind. My birthday celebration, with all my family, was great. We had a wonderful weekend.

Everything was perfect. Kitchen utensils were a little less, but we had everything we needed. And the view from the garden is just amazing

Nice to stay there. The house is small but has everything you can expect. For me, details like coffee or baking paper or albal give me an idea of what they want to offer you, they want you to be comfortable and not miss anything. Mercedes was very friendly and the pool is a very nice addition. We'll be back.
