Everything impeccable! The very cozy house. Mr. Gonçalo was always very attentive to us and we didn't miss anything during the stay. We will certainly return!

The cottage is in a beautiful natural setting. The town of Castel de Vide is about a 45-minute walk, over beautiful paths. Rui is very nice and has good tips for the area.

The house is spacious with three bedrooms upstairs accessible by an external staircase and internal spiral staircase. The kitchen has a great assortment of cooking items making it simple to put together a good meal. The wood burning fire place was set for our first night, Thank you Raquel and team, and helpful for the duration of our stay. We enjoyed hosting some friends for dinner and had a lovely meal on the dining room table. We learned on this trip that being near farmland is peaceful with its own assortment of sounds- roosters, barking dogs, sheep bells... The floors are tile and can get a bit cold at night- definitely would suggest bringing some slippers if possible. The location is near enough to Castelo de Vide and accessible with a car. Raquel was great with communication and available via chat throughout our stay. Directions to get there and getting in were easy to follow.

The space is very nice, with an amazing view. The owner always friendly and responsive. They had the incredible care of leaving us a baby seat and malgas for our dog. This reveals exceptional attention. I recommend it!

This little gem in Marvao was a such a pleasure to find. It is isolated enough to let you enjoy the countryside, and close enough to Castelo de Vide that you don't need to go far for groceries. The studio is sparkling clean and very comfortable, even when we had cold wind and rain. Highly recommend!!

Great place to stay with a group of friends. The underfloor heating makes the house very comfortable in winter and the kitchen is well equipped and has a large hob which makes cooking a breeze.

We had an amazing stay at Luís’ house! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, Luís was there to meet us and the handover went smoothly. It is a traditional stone house, well maintained/rehabilitated with attention to detail. Just like on the pictures. It has two lovely seats by the window at the room, old style “namoradeiras or conversadeiras”, which adds to the architecture and feeling of the house. The house is located on the upper side of town, which was super quiet, even in the midst of Easter festivities. I had the best sleep in quite some time! The bed was very comfortable and nicely warm (it was rainy and cold outside). We could close all window blinds/shutters and make the room really dark, which I love for sleeping! The shower had good water pressure and temperature (being fast to warm up when needed). Nicely smelling and soft towels. I can highly recommend to anyone willing to stay in the region and if I’m visiting another time I’ll gladly stay again.

I was happy to stay at Antonio's house. The house is perfectly equipped with everything needed. Especially, I want to mention that there are heaters at the all the bedrooms which is very important in February. I also want to highlight that the house is placed in the nature so there are no other houses in the nearest 100-200 meters which makes the vacations really calm and nice.

warm welcome, I got a larger room that was free with lots of light and a large terrace. It is very quiet and private, in the vicinity of Filipa and her husband who were always ready and gave great service. Recommended!

We simply loved this place! The place is amazing, it even surprises you in relation to the photos, with a very large and very well arranged outdoor space. The house is super cozy and we felt absolutely at home. The only less positive points are the wifi that doesn't work very well, and the curtains in the bedroom that let in a lot of light. However, these details do not matter when compared to the quality of everything else. Ideal for resting and disconnecting from everything. Mr. António, who will take care of the land, is also super nice. In the end, an extraordinary experience, to be repeated as soon as possible. Thank you!!

Very well located! The house has everything you need and it is very well Kept! It rained and was cold so we did not use the pool but it looked great! The property is beautiful and great walks and rocks ti climb! Majestic! We all loved it!

Wow, what a beautiful place to stay. Had everything you needed. Great sized pool and garden, all the amenities you could want and very relaxing. Various trips out you can do or just stay by the pool. We really liked the house and the place where it is located. It's ideal to disconnect from everything and immerse yourself in nature.

We had a great experience during our stay. A very quiet space (we only had the company of goats and sheep☺️), our dog walked freely and we followed Daniel's suggestion to go to the beautiful stream near the house. I must mention that Daniel was very friendly and helpful during our stay. In short, I highly recommend it for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. A place to return to ☺️

We stayed in the “wall”. It is a small but spectacular house, inside one of the most quiet and secluded areas of the castle. It has a walled courtyard, which for us was an added value since we also took our bige. In fact, ALs that accept animals are always to be congratulated because they suffer from the scarcity. The house is in an area where it is difficult to go by car (although it is possible but the streets are too narrow) and Mr Luís was very helpful to take us (to us, to our bags and to our dog) to the house at check in, which was a great help. Even so, walking access is fast. We recommend it.

We had a lovely time at Susanne and Michael’s place. It is beautifully decorated with a pretty garden and pool - the location is excellent for seeing the town or walking in the countryside. Communication and check in were very easy.

Naked and raw place as promised. Perfect for immersing yourself in wild nature and feeling what it has to offer. Special mention for the bathtub with source water.
