Silvia's place is the perfect spot for a weekend in Genoa — it's right in the middle of where you'd like to be, surrounded by restaurants and bars (but silent at night time), and has all the amenities you'd want. Silvia is one of the most responsive, flexible and kind hosts we've had the pleasure of staying with. She's always at the end of the phone, has great recommendations and went out of her way to help us store bags and check-in/out around our flights. There's no higher recommendation I could give for staying in one of Silvia's apartments — 10/10 experience.

Silvias appartment is really great, you feel like sleeping in a palace! The location is perfect, just at the port. Silvia is a nice host, very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing flat, full of personality and furnished with great taste, attention to detail and with a great use of space. The terrace gives a glorious view of the port and the bay. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped, so the bathroom. There is a big washing machine and dishwasher. The fridge is huge. The beds were comfortable. 2 TV sets and powerful WiFi . The flat was clean and very well maintained. It is on the upper floor of an old building with no lift so I would not recommend the place to people with mobility issues. However as I said the view from the roof terrace more than justifies the physical effort. The self check in process is super easy and the owner is easily reachable and kind. The position in front of the renovated old port is ideal to move around the city centre and to reach the Aquarium and other local amenities. A metro station is at 5 min on foot, the main train station ( Principe) at 15 min walking distance. A great and very pleasurable stay.

The stay was really “Like house", Elisa's apartment is very clean and very comfortable, equipped with every comfort, from fragrant bath linens to everything you need to use the kitchen, when needed. The house has two bathrooms. which has allowed us to optimize the times to prepare and discover the city every day. It is in the heart of the historic center, in one of the characteristic Genoese Caruggi, so it was very convenient to visit the city, but also to reach bus and metro stops in case of trips outside the door (Camogli, Portofino) or to the airport. Elisa is a perfect host, very kind and very friendly, she responds to every request and gives great tips and tips. We were even able to use the apartment after check-out time and this, since we had an evening flight, gave us the opportunity to stay around without luggage until the end. 4 very nice days, thank you Elisa! Highly recommended.

We booked Luca's place very last minute (like 3 hours before arrival) and he was super accommodating getting everything ready for us!

Beautiful apartment, exactly as described, providing everything required for overnight (or longer) stays. We were given a welcome pack detailing information regarding location, attractions, shopping, eating etc. Easy walking distance from the train station (with the assistance of the Balbi-Dogali elevator, which you’ll need coins for the ticket machine). I would suggest sturdy wheels are needed on heavier luggage bags, as the paved street to the accommodation is very rough! I would definitely stay here again ☺️

Elana and her daughter were very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs. Her daughter met us and showed us around with helpful tips about the place and the location. She told us all we needed to be comfortable and take advantage of our stay. Check out was as seamless and flexible. The place was very quaint and clean. Beautiful beach and location. Need to bring groceries or a car as not much within walking distance. Expensive area - beach clubs and restaurants but worth the treat

Erika is very friendly and does her best to satisfy us: very clean and nicely decorated accommodation, functional with all the necessities, full of food and small touches, recommendations about everything that can be done in Genoa and in the surroundings, remains super available according to our needs, etc... Very nice to return to this quiet and green environment after being in the city. We traveled by bus and subway, leaving the car in the space reserved for it, it was very easy. Leaving the accommodation, we ventured into the hills taking a road indicated by Erika in front of the nearby restaurant, the view of the green hills, Genoa and the sea is superb.

The home was exactly what I was looking, a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy nature. Close to all the places you might need to get to in the area e.g. Camogli, Portofino, Santa Margherita etc. If you don’t have a 4x4 you can leave the car in a free on street parking spot (which is a luxury for the area) and walk a couple of minutes to the home like we did, no big deal it’s part of the experience. If you have a 4x4 you can drive directly to the home. Alice and Jeo were always happy to help. The home has clearly been recently renovated and furnished with good taste and most importantly it was clean. I would certainly recomend it to fellow travellers.

The accommodation is comfortable, and very quiet, we appreciated the uniqueness of this huge hot tub, and the stone structure. The night was quiet with a good comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend this type of accommodation for short stays, let's say for a romantic weekend and finding yourself in a small but very special nest for couples. Only the bathroom is a bit sacrificed, but for a weekend it can be fine. The private barbecue part is very appreciable. As for the reception by Stefano, I must say he was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing stay! Lothar is the most hospitable host we've ever met and the place is absolutely breathtaking, especially the view. We definitely recommend staying at this villa if you want to connect with nature in a quiet and friendly atmosphere with stunning views. Thanks a lot!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect stay for a couple of days, very quiet and a clean and slightly quirky apartment. It’s worth noting that the stairs to the bedroom really are steep; we came down backwards and couldn’t get our bags up the stairs. Having said that the room was lovely and airy. We enjoyed the walk down into Camolgli but it is a bit of a hike back up.! Loved the bonus of the local open air swimming pool and super friendly staff.

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect! The apartment is even better than in the pictures. We would love to come back some time.

We loved our stay and Daniela was a great host. The location is beautiful and the views are amazing - but just be prepared that the walk into town is very steep and the path a little overgrown - not so easy after dark or with shopping! For us through, it was more than worth it for the views. The villa was lovely, very traditional Italian style and had everything we needed. The pool was a big hit and not very easy to find in this area so we and the kids loved it. We felt very at home. One thing to note is that the rubbish disposal is a little difficult and we had to dispose of all of our rubbish ourselves, which we didn't realise - the bins are located at the bottom of a very steep hill and road so if you don't have a car, it isn't easy. Other than that, we loved our stay and will hopefully return!

An unforgettable stay in Genoa! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The accommodation is even more beautiful than in the photos: tastefully decorated, clean, warm and very well-equipped. Every detail has been carefully crafted. The rooftop with jacuzzi is a real gem, offering a beautiful view and an incomparable moment of relaxation – a real plus that makes the experience unique. The location is ideal for exploring the city, and everything was exactly as described… even beyond our expectations. I highly recommend this BnB for an exceptional stay in Genoa.

We had a wonderful weekend, thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of Pietro and his wife, who welcome you as if you were at their home!!!! The house is as beautiful as in the photos, very welcoming and has every comfort for a great stay, and in addition it is very clean!!!!! The area is very central and quiet, and every attraction of the city is within walking distance!

Accommodation in a great location, both for walking to any destination and to go quickly to the station on foot. The accommodation complies with the photos as described, it is very clean and equipped, from the window there is a nice view and you can't hear noises. The bathroom is large and cozy. The kitchen has equipment to prepare simple meals and there is also a dishwasher. The bed is comfortable. Communication with the landlord was great and quick, he was very kind to welcome all my requests. Absolutely recommended place to stay.
