Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Based on the River Lot you have access to the river, the gardens and the surrounding countryside. You can swim, kayak, fish, hike or cycle from the house. The town of Prayssac is a short 5 minute drive away with a cinema, restaurants, Boulangerie and three supermarkets. Surrounded by vineyards you can visit the local vignobles and treat yourself to the Malbec wines of this region. You can also simply relax and admire the views.

Each of the 3 spaces is equipped with a French window that leads you to a private garden of 200 m2.

Surrounded by greenery you will enjoy a large private outdoor space and wood nearby. The accommodation is very bright with independent entrance with an area of about 70 square meters. It is on the ground floor of our house, isolated without close neighbors, where we live with our two young children.

It is equipped for your comfort (TV, washing machine, dishwasher...). A terrace will allow you to eat overlooking the countryside and a large 5x10 m shared pool will satisfy those who like to enjoy swimming. Kids will find fun with a swing set and playhouses.

Pomarède is located 10 minutes' drive from Prayssac (and all its local shops), 5 minutes' drive from Frayssinet-le-Gélat (bakery, supermarket, water park) and 35 minutes' drive from Cahors. Beautiful walks on foot or by bike can be taken in the surrounding area. In summer, due to its orientation and stone, the house will allow you to stay cool.
