Vacation rentals with a patio in Casey City

We had a wonderful stay at Kevin's place! the host was very responsive and the space was really clean. Overall, the stay was great and we enjoyed our time there.

Very nice unit in a big housing complex, though very quiet and private. I have been in the same building before, privacy is different from unit to unit. Been very clean and well equipped. Sharon and Ian have been super responsive and were very kind! I can only recommend them!

Beautiful apartment, neat and tidy and close to the shops and the beach. Very thoughtful to stalk things in the kitchen required for day to day family use, felt like home away from home. Proactive and clear instructions for checkin and wifi. Great experience.

We were visiting family in the area. We will come back again to make use of the fabulous kitchen, we stayed 5 nights, next time it will be longer. The unit has been tastefully renovated throughout. Much better inside than we expected, such a contrast to the exterior. Our family visited and loved it. Such a quiet area and close to Frankston and seaford. Densil and Meron.

We had a great stay. The bed was super comfortable. It had a smart TV, really soft bath towels and I really loved the little powerful hair dryer. We also love staying at places that have a washer so we can pack lighter. It also has the extra bits and pieces like washing liquid, salt and pepper and toiletries if you needed them. My stay at Emily's could not have been better. Any time I needed to communicate with her, she was right there with a response. Her place is gorgeous and she has thought of everything to make her guests stay feel like home away from home. The kitchen is so well stocked. The bed is exquisitely comfortable. Superb. The apartment was very comfortable, beautiful views particularly at sunset but also early morning with large balconies to enjoy it from, and an easy walk down to the beach. Parking in the building is great. Everything was clean and well looked after, and there were helpful pantry and fridge supplies. The beds were very comfortable, and nice modern bathrooms. Access to the highway to explore is very easy.

Good house for 10-12 persons to stay together and enjoy the vacation

A lovely, well presented, modern home. Quiet neighbourhood with great off street parking. It was the perfect location for us, as the family we were visiting were just a five minute drive away. Best suited to those looking for a more low key, quiet holiday, as there wasn’t many coffee shops or restaurants in walking distance.

We had a great stay as a family with kids. The property was exceptionally well maintained and clean. The decor was perfect and felt right at home. We had everything we needed. We weren’t aware the garage was accessible, so used the driveway for one car and parked the other elsewhere. Wish we had asked the host and saved some walking :) Will definitely be back and highly recommend the cottage and host for other guests.

My son and I stayed here in Doveton for 4 days to attend a basketball tournament. It was great being in a very quiet location to get plenty of sleep and being so near the M1 (2 minute drive) made it very easy to get to and from the games. Harry was very accomodating of all our requests and the house was clean, warm, quiet and comfortable. The full kitchen made it very easy to cook lots of meals and there is a Woolworths 2 minutes away. If you have young children the yard is enclosed and there is a lovely park across the road that my children would have loved when they were little! We would stay here again next year.

Thanks for accommodating us. This is a compact house that has everything. Feels very home and with the childcare and the playground behind, we had a sense of someone around. The house within has everything that we needed. It was a very homely and comfortable stay.

We liked the house ample space kids to run around and play every thing was good and specially I really admire the house owners patience when it come to check out times we ran bit late but never rushed. Strongly recommend and definitely come again.

The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful — they made the whole experience so easy and pleasant. From the cozy atmosphere to the thoughtful touches throughout the space, we couldn’t have asked for more. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

The hostess, Lucy, is a charming woman with very good communication skills. She showed her hospitality by welcoming us at the main entrance of the building during our checking in. Lucy’s flat was cosy and had all the cooking utensil that you needed during your stay. The bedsheet and the quilt cover were exceptionally clean. Besides, the location was very convenient and just a few minutes walk to the Box Hill Central and all kings of transport. All in all, Lucy’s flat deserves such high ratings and we will definitely re-book it when we visit Melbourne again.

Karen is a very nice host and being very flexible. Her communication is excellent and her apartment is nice and big enough to stay for 2 people. The carpark is also easily accessed and the visitor parking also helps a lot.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

Very clean, the location was very convenient, and the hosts were very welcoming.

Josephine’s place was great. Spacious 2 bedroom , nice balcony, Clean, amazing location near the beach 200mts train station opposite. We extended our stay and Josephine was responsive and provided clear instructions. I m happy to recommend the apartment
