Je suis située sur les hauteurs du Carbet village de pêcheurs du Nord caraïbe. Panorama exceptionnel: à gauche la mer Caraïbe, en face la montagne Pelée et 90° à droite les pitons du Carbet. L'appartement est situé en bas de ma villa, j'habite en haut avec mon fiancé, sans enfant. Nous sommes très discret et n'utilisons jamais la piscine quand il y a des clients. Situé sur la côte Caraïbe à Case Pilote, au nord de Fort de France, au sein d'un quartier typique, à quelques minutes à pieds du centre du bourg, sa plage, ses petits commerces, ses restaurants et bars, et d'une crique sauvage où on peut pratiquer le snorkeling, l'appartement pour 2 personnes donne sur une spacieuse terrasse abritée(45m2) avec vue sur la mer et le jardin. L'appartement est composé d'un grand séjour cuisine, une chambre, une salle de bain. Parking privatif. Décoration soignée.
