Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Casco

We loved this place! We were renting for our daughter’s college graduation, and even though it poured all weekend- we really enjoyed just hanging out at the house. Mostly I loved loved the king size bed and I’m going to ask where the owner got it - slept like a baby!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront home with our extended family, including a total of 6 adults and 5 kids. We had two additional adults spend one night, there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a group of our size. The location is unbeatable, right on Drakes Island Beach, with incredible views and direct access to the sand. While we didn’t go in the water, we spent plenty of time relaxing on the beach, walking along the shore, and enjoying the peaceful setting. The home was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. The large deck and open living spaces gave us plenty of room to spend time together and unwind. This was a perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway, and we’d absolutely return again. Highly recommended!

Amazing place, host was super kind and accommodated my family’s last minute booking since we were cancelled on twice that week! We are super happy we found this adorable beautiful place that ended up being better than the other places would have been anyway!

Our stay at Jordan’s beautiful place was wonderful. The house is exactly as pictured. The one addition is that along with the kayaks, there are also two paddle boards and a couple of pool noodles. We enjoyed everything from the spacious rooms to the fire pit outside (for s’mores) to the cozy indoor gar fireplace. We had a few questions and a concern during our stay and Jordan was very responsive and hospitable. He even came by to ensure everything was ok. Lastly, the neighbors are incredibly friendly and the neighborhood/lake is quiet and peaceful. Plus it’s about 45 minutes to Freeport (for great shopping) and Portland (for delicious meals). Whether you’re looking for a quick getaway or a longer stay, Jordan’s place is perfect for both couples and families.

We loved our time staying here, the house was beautiful and just as described/ seen in the pictures. Randy was a great host and always very responsive with some great local recommendations. Would definitely love to return!

Steven was quick to respond, the Saco river farm house was very cozy, clean well furnished with little amenities like phone chargers, coffee, fire pit, and even a mosquito zapper! it’s the little things for me! The house is well maintained inside and out, everything worked great from stove to dishwasher, wall outlets and plumbing was smooth, great atmosphere inside and out, beautiful decor super comfortable beds, i highly recommend this house to all who are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle for a weekend, great location plenty to do in the surrounding areas!

We spent three nights staying there for my daughter's college graduation. Tbe home was convenient to her school, yet so peaceful and beautiful! Chris and his wife put on an amazing pizza party for 25 of us. The pizza was top notch! I highly recommend staying at this lovely spot.

This place was comfortable, well-provisioned, and very well located. Pam was very responsive as well. Good stay!

Caitlin and her adorable space were amazing! My friend/assistant trainer and I stayed two nights for the weekend to go to a continuing education dog training conference in Ossipee, only 25 minutes away. The host does not typically allow dogs; however, they were ADA compliant and had no issue allowing my friend/assistant’s well-trained service dog. Other accommodations in the area did give us a hard time, so we chose this space for many reasons, including the host’s welcoming attitude.

We slept like babies for two nights. The room was very dark and the bed was so comfortable. The shower was awesome and it was spacious and comfortable. We were hoping for the beautiful views but Mother Nature had other plans - rain and fog. Their property is stunning. Sue and Arthur were great hosts. We’ll be back.

The place was so clean, quiet and peaceful. Secluded but so much to do in a short area. Can’t say enough good things. Will be coming back.

Wendy’s place was really nice and the hot tub is very private.. we definitely got our usage out of it… Wendy herself was extremely kind and open minded. She didn’t rush us out come check out, instead, she encouraged us to stay a little longer and enjoy the hot tub before our long journey back home.. she gave us good tips about golden gems only locals know about 🥰 She did have a cool book to share reviews but I didn’t have a pen.. also we left grape soda in the fridge from Canada for the next person to try!! The 1 bedroom was exactly as described and pictured. A fun, small, well appointed roost above bustling Congress St. Check in/out was seamless and we had no difficulties connecting with Michelle. In addition to staying in a centrally-located pad, Michelle provided us with a wonderfully detailed list of restaurant recommendations and local trip destinations. We found ourselves referring to it frequently and it led us to some super meals and a fun bike ride around Peaks Island. Her parking guidance was also helpful - we ended up parking on the street without incident or ticket. While not a particular challenge for us, it's useful to know that it's quite a hike up the three floors of stairs to get to the apartment. In all, glad to have stayed there and a great spot from which to explore all that Portland has to offer.

This was a great, comfortable space and convenient to everywhere we wanted to drive in Portland! Barry’s instructions were clear and easy to understand, which made finding the house and getting in easy. There were also little details that we valued, like leaving out bowls for our pup travel companion :)

My fiancé and I had a great time staying at this Airbnb. It was clean, cozy, and relaxing space. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach and 2 lighthouses, but still had great access to the old port and other parts of Cape Elizabeth.

Great place to stay. My family and I stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed. It was comfortable, clean and the kitchen had all the necessities for cooking a meal. Loved the hot tub!

Matt’s place was welcoming comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Matt was always responsive within a few minutes. Matt’s place was conveniently located to Portland with restaurants and shops. Spent A day at Cape Elizabeth, Peaks island and dinner in Naple….. previous visit was to Boothbay Botanical garden Really a great state to visit!!!
