Beautifully decorated and modern unit. Secured access and garage. The location is great specially in proximity to key iconic Masjid and short drive from the old city. Even though the neighborhood is a bit older building but you are close to the old city of Casablanca with its old souk and traditional shops and restaurants but not too far from some good places to eat as well. One thing I would have wished is more open view of the city from the unit but that didn’t impact our stay. We were greeted at check-in by Ahmad and Omar who lives at the building and provide help to tenants in general.

Abdesssamad's apartment at the B Living building was fantastic. A great location straight across from the downtown train station. The old city was wonderful and I enjoyed haggling with the local Moroccan rug proprietor. In the end, I purchased two beautiful rugs hand woven by the women from the Moroccan mountains. This is a gem of a place, great location, and Abdesssamad's communication was fantastic. I would highly recommend this location as it is very safe and walkable. I will be sure to stay here again the next time I visit the beautiful and vibrant city of Casablanca!

Excellent séjour de 5 nuits dans l'appartement de Lamia, hyper propre, bien entretenu avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour se sentir comme chez soi. l'emplacement aussi est idéal. Je le recommande vivement et n'hésiterai pas à y revenir.

Un séjour parfait à Casablanca ! La villa était impeccable, décoré avec goût et parfaitement situé, proche des principaux sites et commerces. Les lits étaient confortables, et l’espace de vie très lumineux, ce qui a rendu notre séjour des plus agréables. Le propriétaire a été très réactif et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions, ce qui a facilité notre séjour. Merci encore pour l’accueil chaleureux, nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Je recommande vivement !

“Le logement de Mohamed était impeccable : très propre, bien placé et sécurisé. Tout était parfait pour un séjour confortable. Il faut simplement noter qu’il y a pas mal d’escaliers pour y accéder, donc cela peut être un peu difficile pour les personnes âgées. Mis à part cela, c’était parfait, je recommande vivement !”

Nous avons passé un super moment dans cette charmante maison, avec notre fils et ses amis. Les enfants ont profité avec beaucoup de bonheur de la piscine, du salon extérieur sous le porche, de la table de ping pong et de la pièce panoramique à l'étage. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme et la nature environnante (nous avons fait la connaissance du faucon qui niche dans un des arbres creux du jardin). Mohamed Ali s'est montré très réactif, accommodant et accueillant. Il a été proactif en nous demandant ce dont nous aurions besoin, et tout était là à notre arrivée. Mustapha, le gardien, nous a accueillis à l'arrivée. Il est resté disponible tout du long pour répondre à nos question et nous aider en cas de besoin. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, en famille ou entre amis.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Omar, la maison est proche des deux plages de Oualidia, le quartier est calme et paisible. Maison aussi propre et bien équipée.

Youssef is an excellent host who went the extra mile and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The apartment is spacious and clean, with two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The view is absolutely stunning... overlooking the beach and a large, clean swimming pool. Watching the sunset from the balcony was one of the highlights of my trip. The place is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, making it feel just like home. The gated community is safe and quiet, which gave me extra peace of mind throughout my stay.
