Finka is located far from villages and cities, so I recommend it for those who value peace and quiet. You can really relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. A good starting point for the eastern part of Mallorca. One of the amenities worth mentioning is certainly a large swimming pool. Lidl and other stores are about 10 minutes away by car. Practical notes: - Finka offers many cottages. Some have a mezzanine and a step in the living room. If you're traveling with a small child, ask for one without stairs. - there was a coffee machine for ground coffee in our house - there are three bays near Finka. It is worth visiting the northernmost one. The road is behind a closed gate right next to the fence. Ask the owners for instructions.

Great for families! The apartment is located inside a hotel, so even though you won't have access to the hotel activities, housekeeping or free meals for hotel guests, you have access to the pool, restaurants in the premises, beach. Parking is farely easy to find across the street from the building, not on site. The apartment is well equipped with everything you'll need to spend a few days by the ocean. We look forward to come back!

Perfect location. Easy communication. Beautiful balcony. Sadly only one of the 3 awnings worked so we couldn’t really fully enjoy the balcony, but since the sea is so close by we were fine anyway.

The host was available all the time to answer questions and helped with a lot of things regarding the circumstances for our internship. It was a great stay to be in his apartment, because the communication and the living conditions were quite good at this place. Thanks to him and his family!

Marina was super welcoming, always ready to help you and answer to any questions! Place has great location in Cala d’Or, with the closest beach at literally 6mins walk. I really recommend! I’ll come back :)

Really good value for money overall, confortable stay with everything necessary inside the appartment. 20 minutes walk to Plaza España, ifrom where you can get on many buses/wooden train taking you throughout the island. But also very well connected with 4 or 5 options for buses just right by taking you to the port in 30 min. Manuel was very easy to reach.

The location is perfect! Parking was easy to find every night. Everything was perfect.

Great apartment in the heart of Deia. The apartment is large and fit two adults and two infants comfortably. The host is outstanding, communicating with me promptly and providing two cots for us. The apartment is walking distance to everything in Deia and has a lovely balcony overlooking La Residencia. Unfortunately on Saturday night there was a rowdy crowd of young Spanish men singing outside the apartment for over an hour at 5am! But the rest of our stay was quiet. Would highly recommend.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Santa Ponca. From the moment I booked, communication with the host was smooth and seamless—they were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my visit. The apartment itself was beautifully equipped and truly felt like a home away from home. As someone who enjoys cooking, I especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen—it had everything a home chef could ask for. One of the absolute highlights was the view from the balcony overlooking the lagoon. The blue color of the water was so dreamy and calming—I found myself starting and ending each day just taking it all in. The location was perfect. Just a short stroll to the beach, surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and shops, everything was within easy reach. And with a bus stop just 20 meters away, getting to Palma was incredibly convenient. All in all, this stay exceeded my expectations and left me with unforgettable memories. I would return in a heartbeat.

The place was really great – very clean and equipped with everything you need. The terrace, where you can relax wonderfully, was particularly beautiful. Check-in was super easy and the area is very quiet – perfect for switching off. You can park on the street if you have rented a car. However, be careful not to park in yellow zones, as these are prohibited. Free parking is hard to find, especially after midnight, so sometimes you have to park a little further away and walk a bit. The location is great – especially Playa del Muro can be reached quickly and is absolutely fantastic. There were four of us there and everyone was very happy with the place. Everything was really perfect – highly recommended!

This was our first time to Mallorca. We were very happy with Azure Seabreeze. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and safe. The rooftop is private and offers an amazing view of the bay in Colonie Sant Jordie and Cabrera island. Street parking is easy and free. Karlien and Stefanie were very communicative and helpful and check in was simple and easy. The town is very walkable with many good restaurant choices just outside the apartment door on the beach. The location is very convenient to the rest of the southern towns along the coast - an easy drive. We highly recommend taking a boat to Cabrera for a day since you are right there. There is great swimming and snorkeling on Cabrera. Santanyi is a 30 minute drive and worth the trip as are the local cove beaches nearby. Go early so you can park (like 0900). We will be back and highly recommend Azure Seabreeze as a rental.

Very nice house in a top location right on the beach! Super clean, everything very well maintained. The gardeners come three times a week, the cleaning lady once a week . Separate electricity billing very transparent and appropriate. Raquel was always available at short notice. The only drawback: Wi-Fi cannot be switched off separately. That is, microwave irradiation 24/7! In my personal case, it leads to headaches, dizziness, blood pressure crises, etc. According to the landlady, the Wi-Fi is indispensable for the function of the building technology... Another problem: The pressure water pump for fresh water in the basement is so loud and shrink that you can't actually sleep in any bedroom on the ground floor. The pool pump in the basement garage can't be heard at all. Great! It was not clear why a water pump has to be so noisy that no one can sleep! After 3 days of agony, it was found that the garden pipe has a leak,and therefore an incredible amount of expensive water is lost

Place was in a great central location with everything you could ever need. Parking included and just a short walk away. Host was super friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay in Palma!

Bartolome is a great Host. Clear communications and suggestions. One small query on arrival was answered immediately. You will not get a better location in Pollensa - 50 meters from the beach, yet private enough and quite. Having seen comments on previous reviews, I can confirm all the furniture was modern and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. The most wonderful part was the full sized roof terrace with 360 degree views of the mountains. town and the sea. Sun beds, Sun shade, outdoor shower and Barbeque all at your disposal. I would definitely go back.

As everyone says, the apartment is even better in reality, such a perfect location, you feel you are staying on the beach, so beautiful. Josep is a great host, he arranged our airport transfers & answered any query quickly. The apartment is very well equipped inside & providing beach towels was a very welcome bonus. Do make use of the outdoor shower on the roof terrace for hosing off the post beach sand. Perfect location with shops & restaurants on the road down to the apartment, can recommend the Black Pig for dinner & ice cream at Mana & Mana. Eroski supermarket a 10 min walk away is good & the pastries next door to it at Epicerie were delicious. Alcudia Old Town is lovely & Josep's apartment is the perfect place to stay, would highly recommend.

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

Michael and Vicky communicate quickly and kindly, and make sure everything is in order upon arrival and during your stay. The apartment has a great garden with wonderful swimming pool and is well located relative to all kinds of beaches, the harbor, other villages. The apartment itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The only downside was that the mattress and pillows of the bed were a little too soft (but is personal) and that the ventilation in the bathroom did not work super well (remained a little damp and musty after showering). But I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

Our stay at Mirjam's was beyond expectations. Comfortable, perfectly equipped, and with a beautiful sea view. Exactly as shown in the description and photos. Mirjam was a great help with detailed information and useful tips. If we go back to Mallorca, we will certainly go back to Mirjam.
