Everything as advertised! Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our family of four to enjoy the beach and surrounding area!

We had no issues comfortably sleeping a family of 5. Owners were very responsive and helpful. We had a great trip and would stay again in the future.

The condo is spacious with beautiful views from both decks. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Michael’s quick response to questions was impressive! Highly recommend!

A place at the beach is a wonderful place to stay. There is great activities for families of all ages. The back room has beds for the kiddos and even a pull out couch if you want to split up the kids. The resort has incredible amenities highlighted by the outdoor pool slide. What makes this unit special over other options is the view of the pool and slide, as well as the ease and proximity to getting to the beach itself. The property has several DoorDash options as well as food trucks onsite (check with front desk on food truck schedule) which make for ease for families who want to skip cooking one night. My family of four (ages 4, and 1) had a fabulous time! This unit accommodated us very comfortably and the resort is top notch and very well maintained. I would highly recommend Paul and Deb’s Unit!

Terri and David's marina townhome is fantastic. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. The location by the marina and views from the decks are beautiful. We especially enjoyed exploring New Bern and the neighboring areas. Hope to return.

Great place to stay, there is everything you need to stay without worries, the beach is right at your feet and the pool relaxing. They have clear instructions and quick to answer any questions. We have enjoy our stay and hope to come back.

Shari was a great host. Communication was great and she was quick to respond. The house was comfortable for our family. The most beautiful sunsets can be seen sitting on the back porch.

We had a good stay. Texting with Vacasa was always quick although not always helpful. It seems like it might be an AI response instead of a human. Overall, we were pleased with the accommodation.

I had a wonderful stay at this townhome! The place was spotless, which made it feel very comfortable and welcoming from the moment my family and I arrived. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. The home was fully stocked with cooking tools, so preparing meals was easy and convenient. I also really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was — perfect for relaxing. The house itself was spacious and had everything I needed for a great stay. Definitely a 5-star experience!

We really enjoyed this place. Beautiful home with lots of space for my family, my parents, and my brother and his wife. Golf cart was nice and useful, and the dumb waiter was nice sending items to top floor. The rental next door had a backyard pool, so that bummed out the kids at first to watch them in it and our place not having one. However, going to community pool was right around the corner and while not huge, was pretty nice. I thought it was an awesome place to stay and would recommend it to others.

This was a wonderful place to stay at Emerald Isle and we will definitely rent again in the future. My only complaint was that the traffic on Emerald Drive was a bit noisy at night but certainly would not keep us from renting this lovely home in the future.

This was our second time staying here and it will continue to be our first choice when coming to the Cape Carteret/EI/Swansboro area. The residence is immaculately maintained and beautifully decorated in subtle beach colors. My husband especially loved that it was calming without too many decorative objects that create a clutter feeling. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with supplies and quality dining/cookware. Furniture is comfortable, especially for the two of us as tall people. Easy to access WiFi and television. There is an excellent collection of books to choose from. This trip, I didn't bother to bring books knowing I'd find plenty to enjoy. Brandi is a superb host! BTW, we recommend T&W's Oyster Bar, just 1.5 miles back up 58, for the best oysters and great seafood. Delighted to stay at Brandi's and quickly enjoy some oysters.

We stayed at Priscilla’s place to celebrate our senior graduating with a girls trip to Emerald Isle over the weekend. We had the best time. The space was so clean and felt just like home. We all slept like babies. The beds were all so comfy. We enjoyed not having to drive forever to get to the beach. I was so very thankful for the Tupperware that was in the cabinets. It made taking our snacks to the beach so much easier. The neighborhood was so quiet and conveniently located to just about anything we needed to get to. We just had everything we needed! It was a wonderful time!

Whitney’s place was just perfect for our family! Beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, and exactly as pictured and described. We loved the kid’s pirate themed bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, and access to beach chairs, toys, and fishing rods. We also had a great time at the resort pool, club house, and enjoyed having access to a dock on Front St. Not too far to bike to downtown Beaufort. We would definitely return!

This was our second time staying at Nathan and Wendy’s Airbnb, and we had another great trip! The location is convenient to the beach and the house is comfortable and clean. Nathan and Wendy are proactive in their communication and very responsive. My friends and I had a great time here!

We absolutely loved our stay at Martini Time in Atlantic Beach! This condo is beautiful, clean, and had all the necessities and then some to make our stay comfortable. We definitely recommend staying at this beautiful place, and we hope to be return guests in the very near future! Thank you for helping to make our family trip special!

Beautiful views, the perfect place to focus on self and or family.

This was a great place to stay for a quick weekend trip with our pups! It was actually a 1 minute walk to the beach from the front door, and was far enough away from the bigger public beach accesses with lots of parking, so our area of the beach wasn't crowded at all. The outdoor shower/hose was perfect for getting sand off of us and the dogs. We didnt cook much but the kitchen had plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils for what we needed. As noted in the description, it is a duplex and shares a wall with another unit. We did have noisy neighbors who were quite loud pretty late, but there were a few box fans in the unit we turned on to try and cover their noise. Just something to consider if you are a light sleeper or have dogs that bark at noises at night! Overall a great location and was happy to find a place this close to the beach, that was dog friendly, and allowed us to stay for only a few nights rather than a week minimum like a lot of beach places.

Everything went very well. The place was well-maintained and we had a great time. Thanks for the few days of the wedding party
