Taken off or landing, this is the spot. No smart TV's. No cleaning fees unless you bring an animal its 25.00 per animal/pet. A great location and it’s all around easy at this unique tranquil getaway. Check in anytime as long as current guest is out and turn over is completed we'll do our best to accommodate. Welcome to our cozy Torrance bungalow! 10 minutes from Torrance Memorial Hospital, this is a perfect location for traveling nurses or others in the healthcare industry. Head to the beach less than 4 miles away to lay out in the sun, walk the strand, grab a cup of coffee, or eat some yummy food. Only a 5 minute walk and you'll find yourself at Wilson Park with many fun activities including pickleball, batting cages, and a huge farmers market. 15min walk to Gracie jiu-jitsu University Torrance.

We found a special place here in Long Beach & remodeled it to create a dream home. We still have some extra space so we want to share it with you! Our one bedroom, one bath guesthouse is full of ocean breezes, peace, and comfort to enjoy your stay in the LA/Orange County area. We are former residents of West LA who wanted to move to a place with a little more chill, but still all of the things we love about LA. We found that here in LB. “Orchid” is my brand new guesthouse! Construction was completed in August 2023!! Guesthouse is located in the city of Gardena, just a few miles away from Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Pieer, Palos Verdes, Santa Monica, Venice Beach and many other wonderful tourists attractions. Also, San Diego Malibu. Laguna Beach Laguna Niguel, or in 1 to 2 hours away if you choose driving further down South. I am just a few minutes away and will advise and help with anything you need!!

The house is located within short driving distance to downtown Long Beach, Aquarium of the Pacific, Queen Mary & about a 20 minute drive to Disneyland and Downtown Disney. Very close access to major freeways and conveniently there is a liquor store and a children's playground park a block away. The house itself has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. There are two flat screen TVs in the house along with many kitchen appliances and tools you may need to cook and enjoy meals.
