We had a great time at Bill's! The location right on the water is ideal. Bill was incredibly helpful with arrival logistics and suggestions of places to check out! The airbnb had many nice touches including lots of beach towels / chairs to use. Definitely hope to come back!

Wow! Miguel & Leslie are the hostess with the mostest. I was impressed from the moment I arrived to the gated community with a friendly security guard. The minute you open the door to this Airbnb you will be blown away. The decor has a boho chic beach vibes. There were so many thoughtful things available for guests. Such as: beach towels & chairs, umbrellas. The restrooms are stocked with all the toiletries needed. All rooms are spotless and the beds are super comfortable. The kitchen had pots, pans, plates, you name it. The ac’s were a plus. The roof top was perfect and very relaxing to see the beach and hear the waves. The access to the beach from the bridge is amazing. This place is conveniently within minutes of all the best beaches in Isabela. Tons of restaurant to try as well. I can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend.

This home is absolutely magical. It is in a quiet neighborhood with an amazing location right on the beach. The back sun room and deck are the perfect place to spend your vacation. The home is a short drive to many great restaurants and things to do. Can’t wait to return.

I don’t tend to book twice but this place it’s the spot to do so.

El lugar es simplemente hermoso, un paraíso privado perfecto para parejas que buscan tranquilidad. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio, desde el patio hasta los alrededores y el interior. Además, tiene todo lo que podrías necesitar: cafetera, ollas, utensilios, y hasta café y azúcar morena. Las toallas y sábanas estaban limpias y frescas, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera aún más cómoda. En resumen, es un lugar con mucha paz y privacidad, ideal para desconectar y disfrutar de una experiencia única. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

We chose Mara’s listing for the deck and beautiful location—and it did not disappoint. The view was absolutely spectacular. We ended up skipping many of our planned activities simply because we enjoyed being at the house so much. We fished right from the deck, kayaked, snorkeled, swam, and soaked in the stunning scenery—all without leaving the property. Mark was incredibly friendly and super responsive throughout our stay. The home was exactly as described, and the area felt very safe. I would highly recommend staying here and truly hope to book again someday.

Absolutely stunning beach you could walk for miles and not see anyone. Beautiful, clean and safe townhouse. Loved the roof top deck for morning and night views. Best place to stay in Isabela for sure! Pickleball courts nearby!

Carlos and Lilly were great in communicating and quickly answering our questions. The unit was very clean and well stocked with an amazing balcony overlooking the ocean--and you could easily hear the waves. While we were staying here the power, unfortunately, went out for the entire island. We were lucky to have only been without power for about 18 hours when other people had to wait days. There were LED lanterns for our immediate use, which came in especially handy, and Lilly helped us with the garage, which was on a backup power supply. Even with this blip, my family's trip was great. The beach, right in front of the unit, was amazing and very private. Although you could not swim here, it was a short walk to Mar Chiquita beach, which was sheltered and had amazing water clarity. Frutos Del Guacabo, which is only about a 5 minute drive away, is a neat local farm with fresh produce (fruit and veggies) from Puerto Rico. I had the best pineapple and mamey sapote--ever--from here.

I picked this place for its location on the beach, and ground floor access. You can walk for miles on the beach, and find so many different sea creatures in the tide pools out front. We found urchins, flounder, crabs, sea cucumbers and star fish. This made it worth every penny as our kid spent HOURS in the tide pool. The unit is basic and provides very basic amenities for your stay. Bring your own cooler, beach toys, umbrella and chairs. The unit was clean enough, but we had trouble trying to bathe our kid and having hair from the drain come up when filling the tub.

We had a great stay in Isabela, Puerto Rico! We were visiting family and wanted to spend some time on the beach. The condo is in a perfect location—right on the beach and just a short walk to great beach bars and restaurants. It was clean, comfortable, and had functioning A/C, which made it easy to relax after a day in the sun. Check-in was seamless, and the host had clearly anticipated everything we needed. The staffed security gate at the entrance gave us extra peace of mind. Highly recommend!

As far as beach stays go, you can’t beat the views and access Bill’s place offers. It’s also so close to town and everything you could possibly need during your stay in Rincon. We loved waking up and jumping in the water and morning tea on the porch. We had some questions during our stay and Bill was so quick to respond and resolve any issues. He also gave us some great local recs. Thank you Bill!

The was cozy, clean, and quiet. The owner (Luis) is very nice and helpful. He kept the pool clean all the time. We had a great time! Tip: The “Malo es Na” Restaurant at the entrance of the street is delicious and at a walking distance.

WOW—this was the most magical Airbnb stay of our lives! From the moment we arrived, Gabriella went above and beyond—greeting us with a hot meal, cake, and a fully stocked fridge. The villa? STUNNING. Spotless, spacious, beautifully decorated—with a private plunge pool, spa-like soaking tub, 2 luxe bathrooms, robes, a full kitchen, and more. It felt like a private resort inside a peaceful, gated paradise. The infinity pool and private beach access were straight out of a movie. Gabriella’s recommendations (The English Rose! Steps Beach!) made our trip unforgettable. We even got engaged here—that’s how special this place is. Every single detail was thoughtful and perfect. Safe, quiet, close to restaurants and shops—it’s everything you could ever want. We were heartbroken to leave and can’t wait to return. If you’re lucky enough to find availability—BOOK IT.

We loved Giovanni’s place in Isabela! Each level had its own charm—from the grill and chairs on the first-floor to the hammock upstairs and stunning views from the rooftop deck. The beach in the pics isn’t for swimming, but it’s beautiful to visit. A swim-friendly beach is just up the road. Just watch for traffic when pulling out. Highly recommend this fantastic rental!

Fantastic rental. Owners are very attentive, and took care of our needs whenever necessary. for example, we had a beach umbrella snap. Within an hour, they had a replacement umbrella, and two additional beach chairs delivered. Extremely convenient location, within minutes to great restaurants, and an amazing beach. The house was cleaner than described, and, the back patio was wonderful for evening dinners and drinks. Would highly recommend them.

WOW! All I can say is I’m so happy I chose to hold my outdoor wedding on this BEAUTIFUL property. Chris was extremely accomodating and very helpful since I was planning my wedding from the states. He allowed me to have family members on the island come and tour the airbnb before we went through a contract for the wedding. Leading up the wedding he assured me the property would be taken care of in terms of landscaping, beach clean up, trees trimmed, etc. Papo is an EXCELLENT property manager and attended to every need we had no matter the time! It gave me peace of mind knowing he would take care of any issues we had! We had endless compliments from our wedding guests that the property and airbnb was beautiful. It’s truly a special place to get married. My husband and I will definitely be coming back to soak in all the fun and memories made at Villa Boquilla. Although May in PR is hot, it was still worth it! The sunset on our big day was magical. Thank you for having us Chris and Papo!✨

This is my second time starting here in the past 12 months. This is an amazing hiden gem. You have a safe beach less than 50 yards away. The place has a great kitchen and the entire property is very comfortable. We will definetely be back again.

Phil’s place was absolutely spectacular. The location couldn’t have been better. Literal steps from the beach. Great for walking along the shoreline and watching the sunset. Close proximity to fabulous beaches, restaurants, bars, etc. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. We felt perfectly at home and enjoyed all of the amenities. We were completely set up to enjoy the beach - including a beach blanket, towels, volleyballs, and a boogie board. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the fans kept us quite cool. We loved the front patio and spent lots of time outside. All in all it was a perfect stay and we would love to stay again in the future.

I originally wanted to book a hotel for our stay, but my son convinced me to try this airbnb. I'm so glad I listened to him because for LESS than the cost of the hotel we got so much more - privacy, a well-equipped kitchen, a private pool, 500 feet from the ocean on a quiet street, yet only two blocks from an incredible coffee bistro called Black Pepper. The host was incredible with communication all the way through to the end when I had injured myself and needed extra time to get packed up. She was compassionate, reminded of the first aid kit under the sink and recommended how to get help if needed. There's so many good things I could say. There wasn't any thing that we were disappointed with. The bed was extremely comfortable, the living space, and the kitchen were all excellent. I was also thankful for the extra amenities provided (hair dryer, sunscreen, beach chairs/blanket, aloe, extra towels). If we ever return to PR, we'll definitely rebook at La Marina Casa's. THANK YOU!
