In front of the house there is an old washing machine (great acequia where women used to wash clothes). The village is 15 minutes from the town of Murcia, 30 minutes from the beach of Mazarrón and very close to the natural park of Sierra Espuña. There is bar/coffee shop and shop about 100 meters away. The bus stop is next to the house.
