Monthly Rentals in Carpinteria City Beach

This is perfect for a couple or a family with 2 small children. The kitchen was well equipped if you want to cook but restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is a block away, as well as a grassy park. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice, cozy condominium. Close to the beach and the private gated parking was awesome. We even enjoyed the pool daily. Loved walking to the beach daily. We would stay here again in the future. The kitchen was very well stocked for our needs. We were able to prep food for my son’s PhD graduation party which was held in Goleta. The refrigerator was large enough to hold the food. Small but efficient for us two. Great location in Carpinteria. We usually camp at the state beach but opted not to this year. Had everything we needed. Pool and spa were great. Complex was peaceful and other residents and office staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking in gated lot and the spots had plenty of room for our truck and there were bike racks inside the parking lot for locking up our bikes that we took. We only used our vehicle once it was too dark for bike riding, otherwise we biked or walked. Husband fished everyday for several hours while I got to sleep in, relax, watch tv, or walk up the street for shopping. Farmers Market on Thursday was great for buying fresh fruits and veggies and flowers.

This place was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for! Not only was it right on the sand and had tons of parking, but the place itself was gorgeous and pristine. It had everything we needed and we had a wonderful time staying here. Would absolutely stay again!
