Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Carmen de Viboral

Dear Airbnb team, I wanted to share with you my experience during my stay at your property from May 23 to 27. In general, everything was very clean and organized, which I really appreciate. However, there were some drawbacks that I would like to mention to improve the experience of future guests: 1. I had to contact the host to request trash bags, which could have been prevented by leaving several bags accessible for use. 2. It would be useful to have extra towels available, to facilitate the change without having to request it. 3. I noticed that the top of the bathroom sink has a problem with water stagnation and makes it difficult to use, especially when organizing my makeup bag, since it got all wet😭 I appreciate your attention to these details and hope you can consider them to improve the experience of future guests. The apartment is in excellent condition. Comfortable rooms, equipped kitchen, complimentary water. It is a residential neighborhood, there is nothing to visit but it is convenient to go to the airport or events on the black river. Attention: Check-in is tedious, too many questions, forms, messages, post office. I was asked several times the same and the truth from before arriving was already stressed with so much protocol. Messages and more messages from the cohost part that, while trying to be very kind, was too repetitive. To know that in the end the information was not withheld and I would ask the other way around again. Despite communication inconveniences. The apartment is still a good option.

This is a great property. A little higher cost but well worth it. It’s a great deal once you see what a great place it is. You get exactly what you see in the photos such a beautiful place the owners did a wonderful job designing the apartment. Everything is a block to 2 blocks away. The doorman Don Carlos is always there making sure you have what you need directions to food, coffee, money exchange. Host was very proactive and checked on us multiple times. I cannot say higher recommendations for this property. I will definitely be staying again anytime in Medellin if available.

I had a very relaxing stay here. If you wanted to do something more the opportunities are endless. Maria helped give me many suggestions on activities and nightlife and for dining. The apartment was perfect with everything I could need available. The pool was clean and the views spectacular. The bar restaurant in the lobby area was very good. The staff was friendly and the food options were great. I highly recommend Maria and her apartment.

Quiet place to stay in the hills. Very clean and accurate description. Very comfy beds! Natalia’s guide in PDF was very helpful!!!

Juan Guillermo's house is a wonderful place… very spacious and with very nice designs. The weather was perfect, Juan Guillermo's hospitality was very good. It is an absolutely recommended place to take a break and spend a few days.

We could not have loved Finca Colibrí more and in fact tried to extend our stay! The house is more beautiful than the photos and the property is stunning and peaceful. One of the few Air BnBs I’ve stayed in where I truly wish to return. Everything is very comfortable and the house has everything you need. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay. The floorplan is amazing as every room goes out to the terrace and has a beautiful view. The kitchen has everything you could need and there are thoughtful touches throughout the house like a Bluetooth speaker and powerful extension cords to make it easy to charge all your devices. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, friendly and responsive.

Everything about our stay was amazing! The house and location are beautiful! The host was very responsive and Sonia was a great help! They made our stay so easy with contacts for transportation. Julien was also amazing in helping get around Guatape and to Medellin. This was an amazing airbnb from start to finish. Thank you for sharing your lovely space with us!

Claudia’s place was really nice and perfect view of the lake, with all the amenities included that make the experience really enjoyable. I recommend to anyone wanting a peace place in Guatape ! The instructions for the location was a bit unclear and made us drive 40+ minutes

Great apartment, with the best view!!! very central in Poblado yet far enough away to have a very tranquil and relaxing stay! The host very attentive and available 24/7 will 100% be back and will also try out one of their other properties in the future for sure!!! 100% recommended!

Perfect spot! Cozy apartment, clean and comfortable. Very close to Provenza and other places, restaurants and rooftops. Second time in Medellin and I can say it was better than the first time. The apartment complex has a cafe in the lobby that offers breakfast buffet everyday for a really good price. Very convenient!!

Jessica was always friendly from the beginning until the last day. She's a very friendly host. The appartment was to my liking. I would definitely stay there again. It was very pleasant. The views from the balcony were amazing. I felt right at home. Would recommend this place to everyone.
