Games available and TV, The house is in a condominium, so it is clear that you will not find the privacy of an independent house. You can hear everything that happens nearby, music, prayers, etc., but the rules are quite strict in the complex, so the noise ends early. Likewise, the use of the condominium services, such as those in Bogotá, is not very flexible, for example you cannot drink (not even water) in the chairs around the pool, much less eat... I am not used to it, but well... I would say that everything depends on having clear expectations. Good experience overall.

Villa Cundayork is totally private and as shown in the photos. Samuel and Rafael were very helpful and kind in helping with all our questions. The paved road is suitable for any vehicle. The estate is very beautiful, it has 4 private rooms each with its bathroom and air conditioning, the pool is very nice and large, the kitchen is very well equipped, the spaces are spacious and fresh, we were very comfortable and quiet, some routine maintenance missing in certain things, but nothing uncomfortable about the stay, Don Raúl and his wife made our stay much better.

The grooming and order is spotless, each room boasts its own private bathroom and additional one in the social area. The pool, garden and BBQ spaces are ideal, super cozy and are very nice. The condominium has private security and has quite a few green areas for hiking. The location of the condominium is super close to Ricaurte y Girardot, there is a commercial space 10 minutes away with supermarkets such as ARA, D1, Dólar City, Carulla. I loved it and highly recommend it.
