Everything was great.

Wow! What an incredible and beautiful experience it was to stay in the "La Familia" stay. We were a group of 3 families with children. We were there from before confirming the booking in contact with Paulina, Andrea's daughter. From the first moment I talk to her to organize everything, the warmth, goodwill and predisposition to make our stay a beautiful experience was noticed. When she met us in the room, Paulina had armed a park with games for the boys to play. Including a sandbox. He was also in charge of putting a fence on the pool for the safety of all. The assistants of the stay, Maxi and Tania, also helped us with everything. The stay is about 20 minutes from Carlos Casares, very easy to get to. Absolutely nothing was needed. It is very well equipped, including satellite tv and good speed internet. This stay far exceeded our expectations and it was certainly thanks to the extra mile Paulina had. Hopefully we can come back one day!
