Vacation rentals with lake access in Carlópolis

Our stay was amazing! We were 7 people and the house was perfect to accommodate us. Fully renovated, everything was very clean and organized. The rooms are exactly like in the photos, with impeccable bed and bath linens, and we still managed to accommodate more people in the living room. The kitchen has enough utensils, powerful cookers, excellent electric oven and two refrigerators, which greatly helped to store everything for the stay. We also found basic items such as trash bags, cleaners, sponge, paper towel, oil, salt and coffee. The location is great, in a secure condominium with easy access to the city. Despite being by dirt road, markets, bakeries and shops are very close by. The highlight was the dam just 50 meters away, with a beach, wooden pier and stools to enjoy the spectacular view. We had days of sunshine and warmth, and the climate in the area is wonderful. We parked three small cars in the inner space and it still seemed safe to stop on the street.

the great place to enjoy with the family! facing the river and if you want Renan has boats to rent. all homes have a full kitchen and their own bathroom, which gives more privacy. quiet place, perfect to rest, get out of the routine and noise of the city. our tbm dogs enjoyed a lot, with plenty of space and the river to get in. would add only nets in the balcony. we will return without a doubt!

Stay and expectation above what we expected . The pictures of the listing can actually improve , as the location exceeds what you can see in the photos . Very good attention of both Renan and mother Dna. Adelina and especially the dog Mona who made friends with ours and made the party . I highly recommend it .

Beautiful little house facing the Xavantes dam. Ideal for the family to relax and enjoy the attractions of Ribeirao Claro and Carlópolis. It requires a plan to take things in the car (bedding, towels and what will be consumed because the trade is about 30 mins away). We had a very nice weekend, we made pizza, barbecue and food, we used the pool and enjoyed country music while we enjoyed the company. Wake up an early day to see the sunrise from the balcony that's worthwhile.

It was a great value for money. I was traveling for work to town, it was good to relax. It has a hammock on the balcony of the house to breathe a clean air, there is a couple of duck in the square that is on the ground, in addition to being able to observe a sheep pasture.
